It was an OK kettle for about 8mths then it tripped my fuse box with a very frightening spark from the socket!
Kettle is nice but very noisy. Unfortunately I had to return it.

Dreadful, overpriced product. We decided, after 5 weeks of tea with “scum’ on top to replace this (new kettle, no “scum’) Now discovered, I cannot return or get a refund. Very disappointing it is also ridiculously loud and you are running the risk of scolding yourself if you wish to refill after boiling, taking off it’s cumbersome lid. Avoid!!!!

Got this kettle after doing a bit of research on cream off white kettles.
Had this one for a couple of months now and it’s held up well the handle feels nice and the stainless steel interior is good.
The top is easy to pop open (last kettle was a bit of a mission).
There’s a tiny blue LED light in the switch when it’s boiling which is a nice touch.
It’s noise level seems same as last kettle and boils fast enough.

Very stylish design. It boils fast and not too overly loud. The spout is great for pouring. Happy with it. It doesn’t come with spare filter as I’ve read somewhere but that’s fine. The price was reasonable as well. The lid lifts all the way off which is handy for filling but also quite sturdy staying on. The kettle is lightweight, not too heavy. It’s metal all over, so doesn’t have a plastic feel which is great compared to my last kettle. It also spins 360 so easy to use for left or right handed. The logo is only on the one side of it though.
