The bed mode provides firm, even support that doesn’t aggravate my sciatica. The fabric is soft but supportive, and the seat depth is ideal for my height (5’9”). Conversion between modes is effortless – no heavy lifting. Assembly took about 45 minutes (the backrest part is easier with two people). Fast delivery and was properly handled since no damage were observed to the parts of the product. Good fabric and color was true as advertised. Easy to assemble. However, we will need to leave the left back rest cover partly open because it was too small/short for the iron frame that we’re unable to completely zip it. Accuracy of the covers measurement definitely is something that this product can improve on.
