Had it a few months and it’s holding up.
Pairs to my device with ease.
The big five-action gold button does all the things you want it to do, and does it intuitively. Takes a bit of finesse, you may find yourself taking gloves off to adjust volume or skip tracks.
Great for outdoor adventures. Hikes, skiing, picnics, beach, fireside, road trips, camping no problem. The mesh screen is functional not just aesthetic. The IP67 rating is nice, though I wouldn’t recommend pushing it. Light rain, snow, even a little ocean spray is no big deal. That said I stash it in my backpack or under my raincoat during downpours. Leave it on the shore when taking a plunge. Very refreshing departure from the typical plastic clamshell designs typically seen in consumer electronics. If you are weird like me, and you like to service your own electronics to extend their life, you are going to have a heck of a time getting into this one to replace the batteries.
I did a para-cord wrap to affix it to my backpack with a carabiner (See picture).
The only thing I wish it came with is a gummy soft thermo-set silicon waterproof plug for the charging port.

The Marshall Speaker is absolutely brilliant. Despite its small size, the sound quality is outstanding, with clear highs, rich mids, and surprisingly strong bass. It fills the room effortlessly and is perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
The stackable feature is a unique touch, allowing multiple speakers to connect for an even bigger sound. The rugged design is stylish and durable, and the battery life is excellent, lasting hours on a single charge. Pairing via Bluetooth is seamless, and the controls are intuitive.
If you’re after a portable speaker with great sound and iconic style, this is a top-notch choice. Highly recommended!

This Marshall Stockwell 2 bluetooth speaker is like a Miracle in sound engineering !
This Speaker delivers sound from front and back ! At any volume level, this speaker exhibits on surrounding air, an amazing and fulfilling experience and gives satisfaction of listening very rich, open, clean, clear, crisp, undistorted multi directional sound with bass, without loosing any detail.
No muddy or boxy type sound.
This is very simply retro designed, strong and sturdy speaker.
Manual knobs for volume, bass and treble, helps to find exact, correct sound.
And for any type of Music, sensitive and louder sounds, high and low frequencies of vocals, pianos, violins, flutes, guitars, drums etc., do not mix with each other and comes out very clear.
Very heavy, punchy but very clean bass do not kills, overshadowes or merges with sensitive frequencies but keeps each and every detail very crisp and separate from each other very intelligently and total listening experience becomes very fulfilling and beautiful.
Best bluetooth connectivity, aux jack, USB C type charging cable, water splash resistant, 17 to 18 hours battery life !
This speaker made for Musical Ears, by Marshall !

I’ve been using the Marshall Willen portable speaker for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. First off, the build quality is exceptional. The speaker feels incredibly durable and well-made, with a robust design that gives me confidence in its longevity.
The battery life is another standout feature. I can go for hours without needing to recharge, making it perfect for long outings and extended use. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making sure this speaker can keep up with an active lifestyle.
Sound quality is where this speaker truly shines. The audio is rich and clear, with a surprising amount of bass for such a compact device. Whether I’m listening to music, podcasts, everything comes through crystal clear.
One of my favorite features is the latch on the back of the device. This allows me to strap it to virtually anything – my backpack, bike, or even a tree branch when I’m out camping. It’s a simple yet highly effective addition that makes this speaker even more versatile and convenient.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the Marshall Willen. It’s a perfect blend of quality, durability, and outstanding performance. Highly recommended!

Update after Three Year’s use
__________________________
Mostly this has been very reliable having been in daily use most of the time and surviving being dropped more than once.
On one occasion it just locked up, would not turn off or respond in any way, but had a flashing red light. After about an hour or so it seemed to recover and since then it has been nearly ok apart from one quirk. Sometimes when it is still ‘awake’ and waiting for the next bluetooth input, it will emit a quiet sort of click or scratch sound at intervals of a few seconds. That seems to go away when an actual audio signal is received.
One major annoyance – the sound it makes on connect/disconnect is too loud and cannot be adjusted in any way. A purely visual signal would be better.

Easily carried from room to room. It’s ok by the bedside for quiet listening as well as louder when needed. The gold nameplate and knob finish is a nice touch. Generous bass for such a tiny box – better than any transistor radio of a similar size that I ever heard. Bluetooth connection to phone or tablet is excellent.
It’s good for spoken voice radio as well as watching films or TV, but really shines with music of various types, from folk through jazz and classical, even bass-heavy rock and pop. There is some sort of stereo effect, but not spectacular. Place it near a wall or in a corner for even fuller bass.
It has been mentioned elsewhere that the 3.5mm cable connection is flawed, I found that too – the device rapidly goes into a sleep mode in a couple of seconds, then wakes up just after the next track or sound has begun. Having said that, I’ve used a 3.5mm lead to listen to a talk on BBC R4 and it was ok. Use bluetooth where possible instead, no problems there.
This is a modestly powered speaker, if you want ear-shattering volume, then look for something larger and more powerful.
At £144 when purchased, a reasonably-priced way to add a bit of oomph inevitably lacking on most built-in device speakers.
Overall, definitely recommended.

Very good sound quality as you’d expect from this brand.
Have used for a few weeks and only used up 20% of the battery, so this should keep you orally happy for weeks.
Connects via Bluetooth straight away.
Great bass response for such a small unit, overall the sound quality is excellent.
Good solid build as well – feels like you could throw down the stairs without much damage
