I bought this Marshall Bluetooth speaker for my bedroom to enjoy listening to music stored on my iPhone. It’s so easy to pair with the iPhone and the sound quality and volume output from the Marshall is far superior to any other Bluetooth speaker I’ve bought previously. Sound is a very subjective experience of course but to my mind at least this is a quality speaker. I’ve tried it in the living room too and there’s ample volume and more for an average sized room that’s for sure. The speaker is aesthetically pleasing too which is definitely a bonus for any old rock fan. Does every home need one? Possibly not but if you’re looking for a quality Bluetooth speaker this could be what you’re looking for. My only disappointment is that my old MacBook Pro doesn’t pair with the speaker. This is likely a quirk of my MacBook as it didn’t pair with my old Bluetooth speaker or my Sony SoundBar either.

Wow, such big sound from not a large speaker. This gives the sound I’ve been seeking for years, very very impressive. High cost, but so glad that I bought it, this should give years of service, and rediscovering my music tracks. Highly recommended speaker for anyone who likes proper sound.
As soon as I switched it on my phone discovered it immediately without me even needing to go searching, and asked me if I wanted to install the app, which was extremely easy.

I wanted something a bit different to the usual black, plastic bluetooth speakers that most manufacturers churn out so after some investigating I decided upon the Marshall Acton 3 and I’m very pleased I did. Build quality is excellent, the retro look and the gold hardware fit with the room decor and the features and upgradeability are impressive. Sound is clear, bass is powerful and the Acton has more than enough power for a 4m2 room. Setup is very easy.

This little mains powered speaker from Marshall is epic, good functionality, beautiful sound recreation, and really well balanced. Clear vocals, detailed treble and rich punchy bass. I’ve never heard a speaker which just seems to make every genre just sound right. Bluetooth connectivity is simple and App support is good allowing for volume, bass, treble adjustments and options for where you have the speaker positioned in your room. It is powerful enough to provide pleasant background music upto good sing along party volumes in a medium/large room (perfect for our 4m x 5m living room). I primarily decided on this speaker for its compact size and nostalgic looks and it does not disappoint looking great on the shelf above the fireplace. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my Marshall bluetooth speaker and think it’s great value for money.

writing this review after using the product for more than 1 month. Its a sound beast which can beat Bose soundtouch speakers. Superb sound quality with optimum bass. Very easy to use, its almost plug and play. Bluetooth range is pretty decent. Worth buy..highly recommended.

I think buying really good speakers is really hard because it is often impossible to hear with your own ears how it sounds. After doing lots of research, the Marshall series of speakers seems to stand out and the Stanmore 3 fit the bill for me. Out of the box, the first track I played was some old school jungle and it instantly put the biggest smile of my face. Perfect eq, lovely warm, full sound, with lovely treble and deep, room filling bass. Every track I played,sounded natural across lows, mids and highs. Better still, it sounds great at all volumes, with no distractions or loss other bass. I’m fact too scared to go too loud, neighbours. The build quality is incredible, with a lovely retro feel to the knobs and switches. The power switch especially is just lovely, with a satisfying click. I can’t fault it really. Slightly pricy but you can feel the quality and I think money well spent. Compared to other speakers I tested from Bose to JBL and Sony, this is head and shoulders better.

Very Good Sound. Excellent build quality. Nice balance between base, mid and upper frequencies, i.e. not super bassey or super clear in the mid upper register but balanced and warm. I think it is great for the size and the price. Nice and compact, but heavy with a classic look
