I bought two of these, one for myself and one for my daughter. I used mine once, worked OK but not overly impressed tbh. Went to use it again on Boxing Day and it wouldn’t work at all. Neither of the speed buttons would work operate, so I am returning it. Personally I think it’s rather on the flimsy side and the models I bought (400w) are imho, under powered. The 1000w may be a better option but I’d still expect better performance from the 400w model. Sorry but can’t recommend this.

What I like about this blender is that it does not feel like a toy, unlike the usual plastic variations. This one is solid metal, heavy and looks durable. Cannot say more than this as have not used it yet.
