Spijt van mijn aankoop want het harnas functioneert niet altijd goed. Af en toe als je je baby eruit wil halen dan wil het harnas niet los komen vanwege dat het mechanisme binnenin klemt. Contact opgenomen met Maxi Cosi, ze zeggen alleen dat je “een vlugge harde ruk” moet geven en dat het dan opgelost moet zijn. Dat is zo maar dan moet je de baby eruit hebben, soms zelfs de stoel uit de auto halen, dus dat is uiterst niet gebruiksvriendelijk. Opgestuurd naar de reparatiedienst van MaxiCosi, het werd zonder bericht terug gestuurd in precies dezelfde staat. Hun reactie: u mag het opnieuw terugsturen maar als het niet kapot is moet het op uw kosten. Nou hun vinden hem natuurlijk niet “kapot” dus ik heb er geen vertrouwen meer in dat ze hem nog gaan repareren. Nu hebben wij onzinnig veel geld betaald voor een autostoel wat niet goed werkt.

Es una buena silla para llevar a contramarcha ya que tiene varias posiciones de reclinado y los peques se duermen muy bien. Al menos las mias que las dos han dormido viajes largos en esa silla sin el más mínimo problema. Se quita con facilidad y se lava la funda sin problemas. Y después puedes girarla y seguir usándola a favor de marcha durante un tiempo hasta que se le quede pequeña.

Repurchased for child who outgrew her first baby seat. Was already using for other daughter. Really like it, so rebought for other child. Would recommend (+) sturdy with iso fix (+) covers can be washed (+) comforable (+) easily reclined for a nap (+) love the fact that the straps are kept semi up with springs which makes putting seat belt 100x easier compared to other brands- was a big reason we rebought as made put harness on sooo easy (+) easy to install (clicks in and out of isofix) (-) pricey but think most seats are pricey nowadays (-) covers can be slightly tricky to put back once washed (-) harness can’t be removed easily to wash (daughter had a ketchup play)

J’ai acheté ce siège-auto pour faire suite à la coque Maxi Cosi que j’utilisais avec la base FamilyFix 3 nécessaire pour utiliser ce siège-auto et qui est donc vendu à part. De plus c’est un siège-auto testé et validé par le site Securange. Je l’ai donc acheté les yeux fermés, je sais que mon enfant est en sécurité. Bébé est alors installé dos à la route mais peu aussi se mettre face à la route, avec ceinture de sécurité 5 points. L’installation du siège auto est facile grâce à sa base, d’autant plus que je le trouve léger, il suffit de l’ enclencher et la base bip quand il est bien clipsé. La base est quand à elle maintenue par le système ISOFIX ainsi qu’un pied. La housse est confortable et également lavable, le coloris neutre et sympa. Le siège-auto a plusieurs inclinaison, c’est vraiment top pour les siestes de bébé lors des longs trajet. Un super siège-auto mais je dois avouer que le prix reste elevé si l’on a pas la base en sa possession, il faut donc l’acheter en plus, cela fait donc monter la note!

WIth the blessings of the arrival of our first grandchild, we needed this seat. It is the same one as her parents bought. Nice and sturdy and one can take off the cover to wash it. Not expensive for what it is. Her parents only bought theirs after much research, so they are obviously happy with it too.

After 2 years our first pearl seat broke, the plastic casing holing the harness came apart exposing the mechanism and a sharp spring. Annoying as it was that this happened 1 month after the warranty ended, I repurchased the seat as my second child would be needing it too. Now this seat too has broken in the same place, I can see that the design has changed slightly but the plastic casing has come off again, once again rendering the seat useless. This is a substantial product flaw as it prevents you from changing the harness length on the seat. I will be purchasing a cybex seat this time.

The best thing about this car seat is that it can be used from 6 months till 4 years!! I mean it’s a true value for money car seat which provides comfort and safety at the same time. I had a maxi cosi jade car seat for my newborn. And now I wanted something which could last a little longer than 6 months. This car seat is super sturdy and the safety is remarkable. It works on my family fix 3 iso base. The seat belt is easy to put on too. I can’t think of anything better than this car seat for my baby.
