I have a small coffee shop that I use to make coffee and it’s working very well so far.

Unpacked it (wasn’t packed very well) and removed all the tape. Set up like it said to with coffee and water, including testing the water. Then noticed it was leaking and I hadn’t even plugged it in. (Totally soaked 2 dish towels during the ordeal.) Turned on the power and it tried to start 3 times and then I got an error message. It basically said, “don’t use, danger, contact customer service.” The number for customer service…”XXXXXXXXX”
It felt a lot more plastic, and the inner core was not as beefy as the WS-203. I really like the idea that the frother would clean from the tank water, but I never got to try it out. Going back to the WS-203 even though it has leak issues. WS-203 had small amounts of leakage, not like the water from this new version.

I absolutely love my espresso machine it was a bit difficult to understand at first but after YouTubing some videos it was a lot easier
