I have been using this washer dryer for two years. And it is the first time I have used a washer dryer. If you are looking for a silent washer dryer this is certainly not it, but it is convenient as far as the consumption costs for drying are concerned. As for the clothes washing cycle, even if I treat the stains before washing in the washing machine, the stains do not come out. I have not found any water leaks. It has several spin speeds. As for capacity, you cannot fill it to the maximum or it will not dry well. It has an easy to understand and manage functionality. It is quite sturdy https://amzn.to/44guQMw

We’d been using a very basic washing machine for some years. I always felt very frustrated whenever I needed to do the laundry. For example, the spin did not work very well and I had to go add extra spins after each wash cycle. It had no monitor for time indication, I had no idea how long it would take for each wash for the function I chose. I have a little messy toddler in the house. One day I decided to wash his dirty clothes in the intensive wash. Oh, gosh, it took forever to finish, probably 4 or 5 hours. Another issue that really bothered me was there were some stains or marks left on my dark-colored clothes after the wash. I tried to clean the machine, but it seemed it did not work well.
Here we finally upgraded to a modern one that solves all my issues and also offers extras that I am looking for. The machine arrived well packed. The delivery men were very nice and handled the machine with care. Originally, we planned to get a plumber in to fit the washing machine for us. But after reading the guides, it looked quite easy. We just needed to unplug the old one and plug in the new machine, which was very straightforward. After we removed the old machine, it took us 20 minutes or so to fit in the new machine. (Warm notice: there are 4 bolts on the back of the machine that need to be taken out before first use.). The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The features that I really like about this washing machine are:
1. Steam Care, auto-clean, and drum clean are very essential for me, esp in the climate of Pandemic. I am always extra careful. I add anti-bacterial washing liquid to each wash of mine. When you have a toddler in the house, it is a must as he climbs or rolls everywhere. I do not know how much germs and dirt our old washing machine has collected over the years since it has no proper machine clean system. Those functions are really important.
2. Quick wash: This will definitely save us a lot of electricity, esp summer. Summer clothes intend to be light. I want to have a smaller load, esp when it comes to my son’s clothes wash. He plays outdoor a lot in summer. Due to the pandemic, I have to change his clothes whenever he comes back from outdoor play. I need to wash his clothes more often in summer. So, the quick wash comes in handy for sure.
3. Child Lock: When I had my first wash, I just realized how useful this was since my toddler went to twist the Lunar Dial (program selection) in the middle of the wash.
In general, super happy about this purchase: easy to use and easy to install! The running noise level is quite low as well! Highly recommend this machine if you are looking for a well-functioning washing machine with a modern design.

I had this machine nearly 2 months. Installed by Amazon. But the installers didn’t secure the exit pipe into the pipe on the wall. This pipe slowly worked its way out after each time the machine emptied using the force of the water and then flooded my bathroom which didn’t do too much damage as it all went straight downstairs flooded my downstairs neighbours bathroom. I sent image and explained he situation to Amazon, who after a long time denied any responsibility. The people who took the machine away (again, amazon after I returned it) admitted it wasn’t installed properly, it was missing a special fitting that holds the outlet pipe inside the other pipe. I got a new machine from Curry’s and the installer showed us what should have been put on in the first place. I’m extremally disappointed and feel ignored and let down by Amazon. Had Amazon sent there installer team back out to fix the issues, they would have solved too things – the pipe fixing for one (then I wouldn’t have had to return it) and secondly seen the damage to my neighbours flat themselves and reported it back. But instead they did absolutely nothing and lamed me for an “intervention” suggesting that I had something to do with it !!!! DO NOT BUY ANY WASHING MACHINES FROM AMAZON because the Amazon installers are rubbish and there is no after care if things go wrong.

First off to have a service that removes your old machine, recycles it and installs and tests your new one for £30 is awesome! Not to mention free quick delivery being an Amazon Prime customer! Add to this a pay in 5 monthly instalments option. Amazon turned my nightmare into a non event 😆
No drama here! Took the pair of friendly people about 20 mins and all done! The machine itself I looked at reviews from others to get guidance and did a bit of research online. It’s incredibly self explanatory and easy to use. The spin is so quiet 🤫. The measurements were accurate and this is the most energy efficient according to its rating. The colour chart thing 😄 my clothes are clean and fresh and nicely spun when hanging them up to dry.
I love the dial and the the fact it makes a little jingle when complete and the jingle happens as the door opens ! So no waiting a min for it to unlock after its signalled the end of wash.
Very happy and the black door looks really cool. Classy looking design.

Had this washing machine a couple of days and so far so good, not too noisy with good wash cycles and fancy display. Don’t make the same mistake I did if ordering a service as the delivery guys would not install new machine and take the old one away as I hadn’t drained it properly so read the small print first. I got a full refund on the service.
