I will be honest, wasn’t expecting much from this. For the price and origin, I am used to being let down. It is surprisingly good! I have thick shoulder length hair and it did a decent job to tidy up my unruly bob. It does take time, mine was about half an hr with my hair already half-dried using my normal hairdryer. If you partition your hair, it it swiftly make order from chaos. I tried only one of the brushes but it was the one that was right for my hair. Use a shine spray afterwards for that ready-to-go-out look.
I took one star away for the very short lead (use an extension) and the fact that the cold setting is not cold at all.
