The Moliful water filters for the sage coffee machine come as a set of 3. On opening i found the filters to feel very well made and good quality. Thanks to the included instructions they’re very easy to install and direct replacement for the original sage filters. You will need to presoack the filters for around 5 minutes before installing but once installed into the holder they’re ready to go. I’ve noticed no difference in between these filters and the original sage items. The quality of water is no different and these come at a fraction of the price. I feel these filters function as needed, fit very well and have excellent compatibility across the sage range for a very reasonable price.

I recently tried the AQUALTRA water filter replacements for my Sage Barista Express (SES875), and I’m genuinely impressed. They fit perfectly, were easy to install, and have noticeably improved the taste of my coffee. The filters are made with coconut shell activated carbon and BPA-free materials, effectively reducing chlorine, limescale, and other impurities . 
What stood out to me was the value compared to the official Sage filters. Despite being more affordable, I haven’t noticed any drop in performance. The only minor issue is that the date dial on the filter is a bit hard to read, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me.
Overall, these filters are a cost-effective and reliable alternative to the OEM versions. If you’re looking to maintain your coffee machine’s performance without overspending, I highly recommend giving these a try.

Decent replacements once I got them working. The difficulty is in fully saturating the replacement with water so that it can flow through properly – the instructions advise to simply soak in water for 5 mins but this did not displace the air trapped inside. In the end I held the faucet of my tape and pressed the rubber seal up to it, and then turned on the tap. This forced water into the unit and fully saturated it, after which point it worked nicely. Considering the instructions don’t provide much guidance, and original Sage units don’t require this faff, I think this could be designed better. Got there in the end though.

Pretty much a like-for-like swap for the Sage ClaroSwiss filters. The listing is somewhat confusing as it says not compatible with Sage Bambino Plus (SES500), but the box says it is compatible.
It looks almost identical to the branded version so I thought I’d give it a try and it does indeed fit. I think they all use the same filter anyway. In terms of water quality, I can’t tell a difference – coffee comes out hot and tasty, which is all I can ask for. There is a slight difference in the design but that’s to be expected.
I would buy these again as the Sage ClaroSwiss filters are so expensive for what they are.

These are very good filters – every bit as good as the originals for feel, quality and fitting. They have the dial-in at the top to remind you of the change interval, but then again our Sage Barista tells us when to do that anyway. No idea how effective the filtering actually is as you have no way to tell, but it probably works to a comparative level as the original filters. Overall a cost-effective filter for a Sage Barista Express!

I ordered these for my daughter as she has a Sage Barista Express machine – and she lives in an area with particularly hard water, making it all the more important to use filters and change them regularly.
These appear to be very well made and fit her machine perfectly. Of course there is no way of knowing just how effective these are in softening the water and removing impurities, there is an element of trust involved! But there appear to be just as good as the more expensive OEM versions.
