    Maps –

    Didnt know what to expect when i bought this. Desperately needed a good blender but also had space constraints. It satisfied both the requirements and i love for smoothies or sauces that need blending. It is easy to use, design is great, not excessively noisey and great value for money.

    I want to apologize to the manufacturer. My granddaughter was the one who received the product from Amazon, and she kept the “second cup” in the back of the cupboard. Yesterday, while tidying up, I found it! It is complete now! Very good device!

    Not sure why people complain about the noise or what their expectations were, it’s no different than any other blender I’ve had…. Motors make noise, and the more powerful the louder….

    Bedsides, the noise for me comes from blending rock hard frozen fruit for my smoothies. Fortunately it only has to blend for 15 seconds or so.

    Generally just hit the pulse setting and it auto blends in no time.

    The suction cup feet are great, I have a stone worktop and it really suckers itself down.

    Providing I’m not unlucky and it doesn’t break for me it’s 5/5. Any blender that can make frozen strawberries and decent size chunks of frozen fruit completely smooth is a winner!

    Just a word of warning to any perspective purchasers of this product.
    There is effectively no warranty with this product, mine went faulty. I contacted the warranty department by email but couldn’t get a reply. Morphy Richards do not have a telephone number so you cannot contact them to complain by phone. Your only option is email and if they don’t reply it means you can’t claim a repair under warranty it’s almost impossible. So if you buy one and it goes faulty, you will basically have to throw it in the bin which is a real shame because it is actually a very good mixer and is possibly good enough for a five star review, but I do feel the need to warn people you have got no effective warranty with this product. When I bought it, I filled in the online form to claim a two year warranty, well that’s turned out be very pointless hasn’t it?
