I bought this toaster in September 2024 to replace a Russell Hobbs toaster to match my kettle. It has a two year guarantee and has broken twice in that time. We are only 2 people in the house so it doesn’t get excessive use. The lever won’t stay down, and Morphy Richard’s asked me to send a picture of it not working! Very disappointed, as I have used a MR kettle for years.

This toaster is neat looking and does lovely toast but I found I could not toast just one slice. It was too hot.

Just a great basic toaster and matches the kettle we bought however can’t turn the dial above 1-1.5 otherwise everything burns. Bit weird esp. as the dial goes to 6
