   Only starting using the phone today.
   Comes with a tpu case and charger.
   Looks and sounds good but it does not appear to be 5g, which is actually why I bought the phone.
   Having googled the phone, other descriptions it is only 4g.

   I have three unusable Xiaomi phones each costed more than 250 pounds, this Motorola was offered for less than 100 quid and the specs looked good, and Amazon offered instalments over five months. The phone looks nice, came with fast charger, cable, and transparent soft shell. Setup was easy and everything I threw on it worked just fine and it does everything I needed from it. There is some lag if a few apps are open, like Outlook, Firefox, Avast, Maps, banking app with fingerprint etc, but for me 5 stars are justified. If I get my Xiaomi mobiles not working anymore, then I save for the Motorola Think phone 2nd gen.

   Had to replace an old Nokia 1.3 mobile which had started playing up. Looked at lots of phones but in the end choose a Motorola G24.
   This was because didn’t want to spend £100’s on a phone, as only use it to call, text or the odd apps. This was on offer for £100 so excellent value, and was full android 14 which helps its functionality, easily completes any tasks quickly. The phone build quality is excellent for the price, clear screen, finger print scanner for security is good feature. Had it nearly two months no problems to date, good camera for my needs and is easy to use would recommend for somebody who needs a good, reliable and reasonably priced phone.

   Only extra bought was a phone case but this is just my preference, does include a plastic see through case that shows the green color nicely which another person might prefer. Also include a phone charger and cable that charges the phone rapidly.

   For the price, this is an exceptional piece of smartphone. The smooth operating system with no glitches that I can see.

   The only negative i think is the speaker can be distorted…but hardly a case for less than four stars.

   Unfortunately Amazon advertised this phone as being 5G. Wanting to buy a 5G phone I bought this on the strength of Amazon’s specification information.
   On checking the price on other suppliers I found they listed its connectivity as 4G.
   The phone arrived promptly on Prime but did not open it as I then read Amazon customer reviews where several mentioned it was 4G not 5G as advertised.
   I then ‘Asked Rufus’ via the box on the listing titled ‘Looking for specific info?’
   It gave me the answer: ‘Yes. the Motorola Moto G24 supports 5G connectivity, allowing faster download and upload speeds compared to 4G ———‘. (Obviously the Bot, AI or whatever only reads the information on the web page.)
   Yes, I probably should have read the reviews before buying it, but surely Amazon should have corrected their specification when people had pointed out the error?
   After a long chat on the customer service web chat the third customer service person declared it was 4G not 5G as on the Amazon web page! (The previous two agents could not decide the phones level of connectivity!)
   Thoroughly disappointed by the blase attitude of the team leader/manager who the 3rd agent spoke to who said I could return the phone free of charge, totally immune to the amount of time I’d wasted on this wholly due to a listing error by Amazon.

   Me – June 24, 2025

   Really good phone. My last was a Moto g9 play and I was very happy with it, but this one is even better and cost me less. I’m impressed with the camera and the biometric sensor is on the side which is easier than my last phone which was on the back.
