It is a quality product and I’m quite surprised how tough it looks and feels but it came folded and because of that it has a very sturdy wrinkle across the middle. It doesn’t lay properly on the sofa. All that isn’t a major issue for me because my cat is avoiding to touch it and scratches the couch all around anyway. It could be the cat or the material used in it and that might be the case so visually I am satisfied but from the functionality side not so much. Overall value for the money 👍.

Do yourself a favor and buy one with Velcro; I assumed it would have one, but no, it can only be hung up. And when the cat scratches it, it slips away.

We have 3 cats who all like to claw the sofas now & again. These do a good job of protecting the sofa arms & they look ok too.

Was surprised by the quality of these. Quite discreet too! Certainly worth the money if they work on your cats. I had read positive reviews but unfortunately my cats just ignore them and go for the material around it, but then the spray didnt work either!! Keeping my fingers crossed if I stick with it they’ll start using them.

After some weeks, here is my update:
In the beginning, the cats did not bother to use the protector. After some weeks, though, they started using it. I do have two mats for them to scratch also, so I recommend this product is not the only thing you use to protect your furniture: try to give options to your cat.

On the one hand, the cats did not bother using it. On the other hand, they were not interested in clawing the sides of the couch anymore… So all in all, it does the work, even if perhaps not as it was expected.

Bought two of these one for the chair and one for the sofa. Has saved my furniture no end from cat scratches. Especially when you are a crazy cat lady like me with 4 cats 🐈
