Overall, this really isn’t a bad piece of kit. The battery provides enough power for this cordless hedge trimmer and chainsaw to cut through the thicknesses they are designed for without any issues. The telescopic pole also has a long reach, although obviously you really need to be careful about balance issues and make sure you have all the right PPE.
My one issue, and the reason why I have dropped a star rating, is that the oil reservoir on the chainsaw is very leaky. I was considering returning it for that reason, but it seems to be a common issue with chainsaws, so I will just store it upside down to prevent the leakage.

Minor gripes out of the way first… you will need to purchase chainsaw oil separately and this should have been included in the item description. Thankfully it’s easy to purchase through Amazon. The manual states to fill the reservoir to the MAX level but as the oil level viewing window is opaque grey (!) this is not possible and you will have to guess.
Otherwise, it’s superb in every way. The hedge trimmer and chainsaw units are unbelievably light, though they feel a lot heavier when using the pole, but this is to be expected. They are also as powerful as any in this class and type, the hedge trimmer cuts through leaves and thin branches easily and the chainsaw slices a thick branch away within seconds. It’s easy and quick to move the battery from one to the other and you simply press a button for a second to see how far off it is from requiring a recharge.
Superb equipment that I can thoroughly recommend.

Having purchased this in April it was fine used the hedge trimmer a couple of times used the chainsaw more, i needed a replacement chain so contacted customer service to ask what size chain I needed 8 days later and msg back still not had a answer that is helpful in the time mean tryed to do some hedge trimming now that has stopped working . Yes it is a budget buy but would recommend spend more on better quality goods

The first thing I used was the hedge trimmer, which is ok for light work like privvit but I have to say I found it under powered. The mini chainsaw on the other hand is absolutely brilliant. I used it to cut back my laylandi hedge which hadn’t been touched for a few years. Some of the branches were approximately 4″ , it sliced through them with ease. While chainsawing the battery lasted for nearly an hour, which I thought was quite good as I worked it quite hard. Two batteries would be good, I couldn’t find where to buy a spare. Just for the record the chainsaw also works very well with the extension pole

Just what I was after! Both attachments are absolutely brilliant, pole takes a bit of getting used to but that’s me not the product.
Light enough that I was 7ft up a ladder and able to use easily. Battery holds well. Easy to use both.
Had a tiny issue when it arrived and the seller was brilliant at sorting!

Bought this for the laurel hedge on a half acre garden. So light, battery was brilliant. Chainsaw went through big logs( bigger than the blade). Quality seems good. Price excellent as it saved getting a professional in. Very easy to use on the extension, changing the angles. Power seems good. Very happy
