    The product is satisfactory & easy to use & looks good, however had a problem with delivery we had a message that the carrier had called at a certain time & we weren’t present? This was not true as we were in all that day & subsequently had to collect from an agent

    Bien pratique avec 2 compartiment. Il est un peu cher (par rapport à notre ancien air fryer) mais finalement nous sommes assez satisfait. Les plats sont bien chauffés, nous l’utilisation quasiment tous les jours

    Hab ihn für die Arbeit bestellt und hab den 2 geteilten zuhause…ich finde den mit dem großen fast sogar besser. Muss aber jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Mega zufrieden!

    Happy to have found a white one, not available in the UK, from this seller in Germany. Also very happy didn’t have to pay for boarder customs (maybe because they have a storehouse in Leeds where the product was shipped from eventually, but not sure), and seller responsive enough – so happy with everything at first. Approximately used it 6 times over 3-week period although noticed that on the left side of the compartment (standing in front of air frier) food was always slightly burned. Last night there was a a concerning rattling sound. Turned it off and discovered the rear left vent had melted! Pieces of its plastic dropping on the fan, hence the noice. Still within the return window so not bothering with warranty but very very disappointed.
    Going by Google search, apparently this happens quite often – and no, the air frier was not too close to the wall.

    J’ai longuement hésité, j’ai regardé beaucoup de vidéos et au final mon choix c’est arrêté sur celui ci!! Il est top et pratique je ne regarde plus sur les quantités à mettre dedans comme je peux le mettre en un seul grand bac je l’utilise tous les jours depuis que je l’ai et aucun problème!! Rapide et efficace ! Certes un peu imposant au début mais il passe vite inaperçu !! Lol
    Très utile! Blanc pour queca aille avec la cuisine, et pas plus salissant que le petit airfryer noir que j’avais avant celui ci.. je dirais même moins salissant, pas de trace de doigts gras qui ressorte!

    Die Ninja ist die schnelle Alternative zu unserem Backofen. Sie ist schon meine zweite und wir nutzen sie mehrfach in der Woche. Klare Empfehlung, da einfach zu bedienen.

    The air fryer is a five star. The reason for one star is Ninja’s customer relations which should be no stars. My wife and I wanted a white air fryer to suit our kitchen and bought this one through Amazon. The air fryer came from Germany and because of this Ninja UK refused to guarantee it. They will only issue a guarantee in the country of purchase. I assumed Ninja being a world wide company and would issue a world wide guarantee. Considering all Ninja air fryers are made in China, then all the internal and external parts should be the same. Comparing our air fryer with those of friends the only difference is the label on the back. Ours says AF500EU and our friends AF500UK. I imagine that Ninja will soon be marketing a “How to avoid having to guarantee a product” package
