PHONE BOUGHT AS SPARE SO ISN’T USED VERY OFTEN. NEEDS CHARGING EVERY DAY AND KEEPS SWITCHING OFF. CHARGER DOESN’T FIT PROPERLY. WANTED TO RETURN BUT MISSED THE CUT OFF DATE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Great simple phone, bought for an elderly neighbour on his own who has no landline or internet. Had an issue with 1st phone but had fantastic service from seller, great communication, managed to get a replacement very quickly. Elderly man is happy. I would definitely recommend this seller and would buy from them again

Purchased 3 days ago. Phone is basic but that’s what we wanted for our son. However the phone is faulty as one of the buttons does not work yet Amazon won’t offer a refund, how can this be right?

Lovely little phone, long-lasting battery and long-lasting battery life. It’s the third I buy. The only fragile part is the slot into which you plug the charger, be gentle with it. I wasn’t and that is why I bought this one.

This phone offers great value as a compact, lightweight backup device, ideal for emergencies. It has decent battery life, dual SIM slots, and decent sound quality. However, its interface is overly complicated for basic tasks like texting, and it lacks some expected features for a basic phone
