    The first one that was delivered was faulty and was tripping the electric supply I contacted the seller directly and spoke to Shabab he was a lovely guy he arranged a collection and replacement for next day delivery he even offered a full refund instead but I wanted the air fryer it’s a for a present so new one arrived all good and working as intended .

    Update after using for a while absolutely fantastic can not fault this item so worth the cost the different options are fantastic , cleans really well wouldnt look at any others dint think about it this is a must for any kitchen ideal for some 1 starting out and for family use JUST GET ONE Arrived earlier than stated which was a bonus, so far really impressed that it is a daul air fryer and also a air fryer oven all parts fit lovely with lots of options havnt used yet will update when have used so far really pleased,

    I am absolutely delighted with this purchase and would highly recommend it !!!

    The Ometa model is truly amazing, coming with multiple accessories, including Two 5L Baskets and 3 Oven Trays.

    The Oven tray allows me to make PIZZA and roast a Full Chicken, which is Fantastic, while my KIDS love ❤ using the baskets to make NUGGETS.

    The Visible and Removable WINDOWS make Cooking even more convenient.

    If I get the time I will upload cooking video too 🙂

    Overall, a fantastic product that has exceeded my expectations!

    The worst, most poorly made item of any value I have ever purchased from Amazon. Sadly that description is generous – this item is simply rubbish don’t waste your time ordering it then having to arrange a return it’s simply terrible
