I wasn’t expecting too much at this price point, but the Oscal Flat 2C has really surprised me in the best way. I picked this up as a secondary phone to use for travel and everyday tasks like messaging, streaming, and basic work apps, and it’s handled everything with ease.
Set-up was straightforward and quick, and the phone felt responsive right out of the box. The display is bright, colours are clear and crisp, and the screen size is ideal for watching videos or browsing. It runs Android 14 Go, which is lightweight and smooth, with minimal bloatware, a huge plus in my book.
Performance wise, it’s more than capable for typical daily use, apps open quickly, multitasking is smooth, and I’ve not experienced any crashes or lag so far. Battery life is great too; I’ve been easily getting a full day (and then some) out of a single charge with regular use. Charging is quick and efficient as well.
The design is sleek and modern, it is slim, lightweight, and comfortable to hold. It doesn’t feel cheap, even though it’s clearly priced in the budget range. Build quality is solid, and the back has a nice finish that doesn’t attract too many fingerprints.
The camera is perfectly decent for social snaps, video calls, and scanning documents, nothing professional-level, of course, but it absolutely does the job for everyday photos. Audio and call quality have also been consistently clear.
Overall, this is a fantastic option for anyone needing a reliable, low-cost smartphone that still delivers on the essentials. Whether it’s a backup phone, a device for a younger family member, or a straightforward choice for someone who doesn’t need all the bells and whistles, the Oscal Flat 2C is well worth a look. Very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.
PS – it comes with a case already so you don’t have to buy one so saving money there!

Was looking for an additional work phone and were not willing to pay a lot and this is above my expectations. It’s looks amazing, has a good battery life and comes with a screen protector and case, which I was not expecting at all. Good quality camera and has space for more than one sim as per photo, great for traveling. Super happy with this phone even if I was very sceptical as use IPhone as a main phone, but it great value for the money. Easy to use and was simple to download work apps.

Delivered fast and well (in a matrix like box) packaged . Very surprised when opening the box at how elegant and stylist this Oscal smartphone is. Plus an added bonus, it comes in a very nice rubberised cover – no looking for a case to buy to protect it. Also in the box a UK Plug and USB C lead plus the instruction book. Startup was surprisingly quick and setup was very easy indeed (Operating system is OS Android Go, which to honest, to me, looks no different to full blown Android OS). Just used my Google account to transfer over Apps from my (very old OnePlus) smartphone via 4G, and away I went. Everything was very smooth, Apps started fast. Internet speeds were also very good. So impressive! Calls were clear and the phone is comfortable in the hand. Excellent quality photos and videos as well It has a dual Sim/MicroSD card tray on the side, something I have not seen before, a three slot tray! I really can’t find anything bad to say about this phone (even has two year warranty which is very nice) – brilliant price for a brilliant phone.
