Using these headphones was a delight. The sound quality was reasonable. The Bluetooth connection was flawless, and I loved being able to pair with two devices at once. The ergonomic ear hooks stayed put, but did occasionally slip during my gym sessions, and the IPX-7 waterproof rating meant I didn’t have to worry about sweat or rain. The battery life was good, giving me hours of uninterrupted music with just a 1Hr charge. Plus, the convenience of controlling tracks directly from the headset kept me focused on my workout. I must add though that these headphones don’t last. I had these exact same ones before, and two things happened. The cable perished, exposing the wires inside. This didn’t stop them working as the individual wires had their own coating, but of course meant the water proofing was compromised. The other thing was that the battery charging system stopped working, so they no longer could be charged, and therefore the end of those headphones. They did get used a lot, but in the end, they only lasted about 7 months.
In conclusion, they are good and work well, however, they won’t last and will likely fail. 🎧✨

I bought these to replace a previous model by the same manufacturer that I lost. These new ones are not good though, as the volume from the right earphone is quieter and the acoustic profile is different (lower pitches are especially quiet). This might be noticeable to some people, but it is a big problem for me. Edit: customer service read my review and reached out to me by email. They offered me a full refund without needing to return the item.

Great product, clear sound, safe for running and for the gym. This is my second pair, only because I ran my car over the first pair in the gym car park! Next day delivery and bish bash bosh, brand new pair at at a good price. Love them!

This is the third set of these earphones I have purchased. They are a good and comfortable fit for me and my wife. I like how they fit around my ear like a pair of spectacles. The rubber legs are soft and pliable. One problem is that after about 18 months the legs may fall off. But the earphones can still be used, The connecting cord between the two earphones means you can hang them around your neck. I find the sound is good and they are easy to pair. The controls are a bit fiddly but you get used to them and I like how you can pause the sound quickly. They hold the charge for around 12 hours and charge in about 30 minutes. Overall they are a good reliable well priced product that will not let you down and they come in a neat zip up circular pouch that you can attach to your belt or bag.

Bought this to use in the gym, in part to avoid the gym music! This has been successful without turning the volume up to dangerous levels. I can listen to a podcast despite the gym’s rock music. Sound quality is adequate for my aging ears. I’d probably have to spend 10x the money to improve on it. The buds stay in well and the ear hooks work. On the odd occasion when a bud falls out, it’s great that it doesn’t fall on the floor because of the neck cord. Controls work fine once you have the hang of it. The only downside is that they feel and look a bit bulky, but again, sleekness costs and I just wanted something that works and wont cause me to cry my eyes out if it gets lost or damaged.

I initially received an unbranded pair of earphones that weren’t the ones shown on the product listing, more like a cheaper copy (if it were even possible) The sound quality and volume levels were really poor and certainly not what the product description leads you to believe it should be. I attributed the sound issue to the belief that I`d received a cheaper version in error. After half a dozen back and forth messages whereby the seller was in dispute that any difference in product appearance existed, and after exchanging photographs, the seller conceded and accepted that I had been provided with the wrong earphones but in one message stated the replacement would be the same as the earphones I`d already received before sending the earphones I ordered, as in the product listing. Once paired with my phone, it was immediately apparent that the sound quality and volume levels were identical to the first earphones. At maximum volume, it`s still possible to hold a normal conversation and clearly hear a normal level of speech above the music playing through the earphones! For £19.99, I wasn`t expecting top of the range quality earphones or mindblowing sound quality but it is a fair assumption to expect the product and its performance to be as the product description and specification details leads you to believe or at least quite similar, this is not the case at all. None of the following information is, in any way, a true representation of the earphones I received:
