I bought this phone on a recommendation, so far this phone has been a very good purchase, I drop stars due to the fact I think that this Phone has been a return, for what reason I do not know as the phone works perfectly, the battery lasts 2-3 days with constant use, i.e. calls, texting and gaming, this phone was not used over a weekend and there was very little loss in the charge. For my own use, the screen is a nice size, the colours and images are crisp, the phone came with a screen protector already fitted, the memory is large enough for my own personal use, the camera is good, the photos taken so far have been very good, the phone is easy to use, set up can be a little long winded, the phone sound quality is ok, not the best, but run it through ear phones or the car stereo and it all sounds good. The downside to this phone, it is heavy due to the large battery, and it could be a problem if you have small hands as it is a little on the chunky side, I think over all this is a very good phone and well worth the money.

Love this phone the battery life is brilliant, lasts for at least 2 days and I use it a lot. Its definitely a robust phone though slightly heavier than most phones it feels solid and well made. The phone works better than my previous Samsung, I have multiple apps open at the same time which doesn’t effect the performance, the camera is perfect for my needs and because the phone is waterproof I can take pics when and wherever I like. The price of the phone was perfect for my Budget and I am very impressed with the phone.

It’s super tough and the battery just goes on and on—I easily get through several days without needing to charge it. But what really surprised me is how well it performs overall. It actually works better than my main phone!
I was so impressed that I ended up putting both my SIM cards in this phone and now use it for everything. It handles all my day-to-day stuff smoothly—calls, messages, apps, GPS, you name it. It feels solid and reliable, like it can take a few hits without worry.
If you’re thinking of getting one, I highly recommend getting a good screen protector—just to keep the screen safe long-term. Other than that, it’s been an excellent buy for the price. Seriously happy with this phone!

La sensación inicial ha sido buena, pero ya desde el primer día no he conseguido hacer funcionar la camara frontal, por lo que no hay acceso a la biometría en banca o certificados digitales y la trasera es muy deficiente: no detecta rostros, no difumina fondos, no enfoca… Además la batería aguanta un día completo (15-17 horas) pero muy justito y sin uso de juegos o video, Tampoco funciona el botón de reinicio.
He escrito al proveedor porque entiendo que me ha llegado un equipo defectuoso y quiero un cambio de terminal puesto que he probado la marca anteriormente y la verdad es que me había ido genial.
El servicio de atención al cliente, muy amable, es algo caótico, te piden escribir a distintos sitios y las soluciones no son las mejores, pero se les ve esmerados en agradar y solucionar el problema.
Finalmente devolví el equipo a Amazon que es más sencillo que lo que proponía la marca.
El otro terminal que tengo de esta marca tiene un año y va como un tiro

This is a brilliant phone and fantastic value for money. Long battery life. Operating system works very fast. Hss lots of memory/storage. Seems to be very bounce proof (and grandkid proof). Took a while to work out the different working to an Iphone but now I can’t fault it.
