Height is very less and when you sit on sofa you need to bend your knees and uncomfortable. Screw is missing and sofa is hard.

I was expecting one package but instead received 3 except the 3rd one didnt arrive till the next day after the first 2 were delivered,
its a comfortable sofa but the cusions are not as firm as they look and the arms are rather floppy if you lean on them as they only slot onto the ends.
i personally dont think its worth the price

Simple to put up on your own. Easy to set up as a bed. The grey is lovely , darker than photo, perfect for student room or extra sleeping and the fabric is soft. Comfy enough to sit or sleep on. Incredible value for money.

Good points – easy and quick to assemble, easy to switch from sofa to bed. Very light and manoeuvrable
and comfortable to sit on.
Negatives It is very uncomfortable to sleep on. The seat is padded the back is not. Sleeping on as a sofa it is not wide enough, though ok for a child. When dropping the back the ‘join’ is hard and right on the hip line, I have already added padding to back but if sleeping for more than a night it’s going to need a thick foam sheet or mattress topper.

If I could give zero stars I would! Do not buy. Go get better. The price does not match the quality, if my husband hadn’t ripped up the boxes it would have got sent back!!! It came two seperate deliveries and honestly if the quality was okay I wouldn’t have minded but this sofa bed isn’t even worth the fabric it’s made in. Definitely made in china! The fakest of fake leather. I honestly wished I kept the boxes.

I ordered 3 seater click-clack sofa to have extra rest space for after a foot surgery. The sofa came damaged, one screw would turn around as there was no holes inside the sofa. No way to take it apart without damaging material so I contacted the customer service. They treadted me like an idiot asking if they can give me £20 refund and send new bolts (???!!). I refused and asked for them to organise a pick up for damaged one and send me a new one. They refused to pick it up, the answer was “please help to throw it away”. I asked for a pick up again and they said I have to organise it myself. So I was left with a sofa do dispose of at my own cost, nobody even asked if new sofa arrived. Yes, it did and assembly took 5 minutes, product is sturdy enough but click-clack is often blocked and you need to struggle to do and undo it.
Complete waste of time and money.
