Ordered an Air Fryer which arrived the next day. I accidentally broke the drawer and Puremate replaced it free of charge, they didn’t need to but went above and beyond the call. Great company to deal with. Would 100% recommend.

This is my 3rd air fryer, and the best one yet. I had a Tefal Actifry, but didn’t like the paddle as it limited what you could cook without breaking the food. I had another Tefal, but the non-stick coating quickly fell off. I was reluctant to buy an unknown name product, but after much research I was disappointed with all I was finding with named brands… and then I came across this one. I took a gamble due to the positive reviews, especially from people who have had it a while. I can honestly say it is brilliant! I was worried about the white colour, as my black Tefals were hard to clean, but it is so easy to clean inside and out, and still looks brand new after 3 months. It is so easy to clean, the inside just wipes out with a soft soapy cloth. Nice and roomy, can easily cook for my family in this. Basically, anything you can do in a fan oven, you can cook in an air fryer. I even tried some little buns in silicon cases, but a bit of trial and error over the timing. Everything cooks way quicker than in an oven, with no pre-heat time, so saving a fortune on electricity. Our favourite is fish and chips, easy to do one person’s meal at a time if you want, frozen fish and chips cooked together in about 15 minutes. My husband likes a crispy jacket potato but it is costly to heat up an oven for one potato. I microwave one and then pop it in the fryer for about 10 minutes to crisp up. It is easy to set the controls. It has a pre-set temperature and time, you just press the buttons to adjust the temperature and/or time down if you need. If you open the drawer, it remembers where it left off and continues with the cooking once you shut the drawer. The pinger is really loud, but easy to hear it from another room! I definitely recommend this air fryer. If you are unsure about whether to get one, or are looking to replace an old one, you will not be disappointed with this one.

I have found that the detachable basket in this air fryer is much better than a rack, for cooking and for safety reasons, because racks can fall out when hot. It cooks to perfection and is very easy to use. It is energy efficient, large enough for a family and has multiple functions such as grilling and baking. I did have a problem detaching and reattaching the basket at first, but that’s more to do with my age than the product! Another plus factor is that it is vert easy to clean.

I liked the smart appearance in white which made a change from usual black I liked the digital controls very easy to use and to keep panel clean. Putting the tray in was a bit confusing at first with the plastic safety cover and I slightly marked the case of the machine very slightly nothing to worry about now I know how to do it it worked a lot better and slides in easy that should have been more explained in the booklet Noise level is acceptable and it does a good job and all in all I’m very happy and is ideal for a small family or a man like me living on his own.
