Received in poor and clearly used condition. Not acceptable to ship folded in a plastic bag inside an envelope. Also had no attached tag and sticky stuff on strap. Disappointment!

Nice bag but it is not ‘large’ I feel it is more ‘medium’ in size. So I have had to return it. It also arrived without the famous Radley trade mark which is a little ‘Scottie dog key ring’. Which was disappointing.

I have waited so long to find the right bag at the right price and finally found it! This was a super deal for such a quality piece. The leather is soft, and it even came with a little coin purse in it. The manufacturers took great care in packaging to ensure it reaches the buyer in excellent shape. Very happy with the purchase!
