Listed as 41.2 x 27 x 20 centimetres, but 41.2 is probably supposed to be 4.1 (width) so my laptop doesn’t fit. Sending it back!

I love everything about this purse except for the rigid strap. It is very skinny and long, and when I adjusted it to a shorter length, the excess leather tightly curled up and looks terrible and the loop is too loose to hold it in place. I have tried everything to straighten it out—may have to take it to a shoemaker to have it shortened unless I come up with a solution for the “curled-up tail”! Other than that, it is well-made, large enough to hold all essentials, has nice compartments, and is very nice looking. (I wish the manufacturer would sell purses with a rigid adjustable strap “loose” or to include a loop that is tight enough to hold it in place when it is adjusted to a shorter length!)
