I picked up this phone not just for gaming, but to see if it could actually cut it as my main phone – a ‘daily driver phone’. First off, it’s seriously quick – everything just flies, no faffing about with apps or Browse. The display is a proper looker too, really vibrant. Battery-wise, it’s a ‘trooper’ – easily gets me through a full two days even with a bit of heavy use (probably best power management I ever experienced in a phone). Now, for daily bits, the camera’s ok for snapping quick photos, but it’s not going to win any awards against the top flagships, if you get my point. And the software, while speedy, does have a few gaming-centric quirks that take a bit of getting used to if you’re not constantly playing. But for raw speed and that big screen, it’s a solid bit of kit. My main worry was the internal fan – even though it’s sealed, you do wonder about dust and long-term reliability, don’t you? Plus, only two years of updates feels a bit stingy compared to rivals. Ultimately, I sent it back. The biggest reason was finding it noticeably cheaper directly from the manufacturer, which was a real shame. Those other concerns just sealed the deal.

It’s very powerful of course the front camera is very poor rear is ok but not to worry about that after all it’s a gaming phone and it’s brilliant at that i personally don’t find the fan noise that loud even when on full and its all screen it’s brilliant no cut out for cameras and even on back no camera bumps and great looking too

This is a fantastic phone for its price point no doubt however I returned it and here I will tell you why ! . No wireless charging that i could have lived without but they make a big deal about it’s charging speed but here in the UK via Amazon at least don’t even send u a adapter to use its benefits (only two pin supplied) and what was the final decision to return was no e-sim so yes buy if your hard-core gamer (its a very quick phone )but nope sorry if your everyday needs are different as such is are mine . Great phone redmagic but needs work to up with the other big companies specs but alas unfortunately so will the price if they do ah the balance of life lol .

This phone is a true powerhouse—an exceptional piece of tech and a gaming beast. The sleek, stunning design outshines anything else I’ve seen on the market. It handles even the most demanding games effortlessly, delivering a flawless experience on its gorgeous display.
The rear camera performs well, though the selfie camera could use some improvement. However, that’s a fair trade-off for having the under-display camera, which remains virtually invisible unless you’re actively looking for it.
Overall, this is an outstanding phone that stands above the competition.

Coming from a S22Ultra as my comparison.
This phone is phenomenal. I’m not the biggest gamer, mainly puzzle and driving games. The driving games run great. No frame drop, smooth animation, vivid screen.
As for daily use, this phone doesn’t skip a beat.
1. Screen. I have it on 50% brightness with refresh rate set to auto. It’s flawless. No notch which I’ll address later.
2. Speakers and audio. True stereo speakers that go plenty loud with great separation. HDR videos look and sound fantastic. Music through headphones sounds excellent via both Bluetooth and 3.5mm jack. Yes, it has a headphone jack.
3. Speed of the phone. Simply put, blazing fast. 12gb Ram with another 12gb to call on if it needs it. The Snapdragon Elite processor handles everything you throw at it and does so effortlessly. Enter gaming mode and the internal fan kicks in and you can feel the air pumping out it’s exhaust.
4. Build. Solid as you like. Comes with a case in the box which is ultra thin (and a pre installed screen protector). Has some weight to it but feels good in the hand.
5. Cameras. Rear camera is good. I’m not a huge photo guy, holidays and parties etc, but it takes good, clear, crisp pictures. The selfie camera is under the screen, hence no notch. It’s not the best so factor that into your decision. It’s not terrible, images are clear and decent but that’s all I’d call it. Decent.
6. Battery. Now we’re talking. 7050mah battery and if you’re using this phone as a day to day phone, it easily lasts two days. You simply can’t run it down in a day. If you’re a heavy gamer and max out all the settings then you can run it down but that’s to be expected.
All in all, this phone is an absolute beast.
