I brought this sofa set before Christmas and I love it, absolutely brilliant quality and fantastic service from the gentleman who delivered and assembled it. I would 100% recommend this set. Very happy 😊
Amazon Customer –
After a few months the arm of our 3 seater started to bend inward, making the seat drop/ slant. I have tried to contact the seller through Amazon twice. The first time (November) details and pictures were given and I was told I’d have a response within 10 days, second time (January) was because I hadn’t heard anything back. I’ve still not had a response.
The 2 seater has been fine and is comfy as was the 3 seater to start with.

Ordered on good Friday and it’s arrived today, on a bank holiday Monday 3 days later!! Fantastic sofa so far, really comfy! Excellent customer service kept in contact the last couple of days and installed/assembled at a very small price.

We ordered these on the Thursday with expected delivery as Tuesday, was contacted by seller the same day to ask if we would like next day delivery instead. I informed them we were having our old sofas picked up on Saturday and the gentleman told us he could book delivery for the Saturday. Extremely polite and helpful. Also offered for the delivery driver to assemble for an extra £20 cash on the day, which I accepted. Although they seem easy enough to put together, the help of assembly was appreciated as I’m pregnant. The seller kept in touch to confirm delivery booking was still okay, and the delivery driver called me to introduce himself on day of delivery, and then again 30 minutes before arrival. He was very polite and held good conversation. From purchase to sitting on our new sofas, the whole process and service was exceptional. The sofas are comfortable and seem sturdy, they look smart and there are two recliner seats on each sofa (4 recliners in total), plus the middle seat of the 3 seater folds down to create a small table with two drink holders. They’re pretty high seats too, so you can go from standing to sitting and vice versa with ease, which will be great for my elderly relatives when they visit. We will definitely use this company again when it’s time to upgrade.

These are amazing quality – no matter the price. The delivery was made before time as well. Hard working guys lifting VERY heavy sofas upstairs in my new flat. Be warned as a buyer that they will not unpack them or carry them upstairs without a fee. They will also not take away the cardboard packaging. After some fairly heated discussion with the dispatcher. It was worth the extra £40 to have the hard working fellas do this for me. I literally could not move them on my own.

I don’t often write reviews but this sofa is definitely worth buying. I ordered it on Tuesday morning and was delivered by Wednesday evening. I opted to put together myself and was really easy just slide in the back rest until you hear a click took me about 5 minutes. It is very comfortable to sit on and looks very nice as well. Very happy with the purchase.
