wonderful product. ticks all the right boxes. however, i have only given 4 stars because after unpacking and setting up i found a dent on the front panel. there are no marks on the box so i should assume it was done before packing.

I really like this one, wide enough for warburton rolls, so thick bread it ok too. It does slightly stick out the top, literally 0.5cm I just turn it over if being really fussy, but not really an issue for me. cooks perfectly, all the bits are alight inside, no gaps or cold spots. And the trays at the front…. game changer, why are they not all like this!! no more pulling the whole thing out to empty. would deffo recommend
