Thank you to the seller for the fast shipping. The product is beautiful and elegant, and instructions are written in the catalog before use. It is recommended to turn it on at the highest temperature and then turn on the ventilation fan in the kitchen until the smell of operating it for the first time goes away because it is a very strong and annoying smell and it goes away after following instructions before use.

Very smart and easy to use but does not toast evenly on both sides, to overcome this issue you have to flip over the bread part way through toasting or put up with it !

The first Russel Hobbs 4 slice toaster did not toast. We had a replacement. This replacement was very, very slow and hardly toasted at the maximum setting, then it also stopped toasting. Requesting a refund and will avoid Russel Hobbs toasters in future. Thank goodness I bought this toaster through Amazon – they have made the returns process quick and straightforward.

Recebi uma torradeira com ficha de tres entradas, boa para o U.K. mas inútil em Portugal. Gastei 11,99 num adaptador. Quando, finalmente, fui fazer umas torradas constatei que a torradeira não doura as torradas, seca o pão e acabei com fatias de pão durissimas.
