Bread slots fit the Hovis white bread we use perfectly, some cheaper loaves don’t fit lengthwise.
This is a good toaster easy to adjust. And the lift function is very useful

Does the job, nothing stand out though. My only annoyance is the ‘gutter’ around the top which collects crumbs seems an odd choice as it’s harder to clean than wiping the worktop or using the ‘crumb draw’ from the bottom

Reading the reviews on this toaster, I was hoping for nicely done toast, even on both sides. Unfortunately this is not the case. Bread (of any type) comes out very well done on one side and pale on the other. OK if you like your toast 2 tone!
