This is a very nice toaster but unfortunately it developed a fault in one of the slots rods that lifts the toast. Amazon were fantastic they immediately despatched a replacement for next day delivery and gave time to returned the faulty item. Thank you Amazon

This toaster looks nice but that’s where my compliments stop. I wish I’d never bought it.
Our previous toaster the left 2 slots and the right slots could work independently. Not the case with one. If you use all 4 slots they must start at the same time AND they must be at the same setting. Useless when I like lightly toasted and husband wants his burnt to ash and we come down a minute or 2 apart.
Also if you only want 2 slices of toast you must use the left hand slots which is utterly ridiculous.
