I bought this vacuum cleaner 3 months ago and it’s already broken- see photo. Amazon has now terrible customer service and won’t help. They’ve changed their process and it’s not easy anymore to return and get a refund for bad quality products like this- they now say a technician will call you but the call keeps getting cancelled. I wouldn’t have posted this review if Amazon would help but they won’t, even though this costs almost £50 and has to go straight to the rubbish after 3 months. Don’t buy!!!

Impossible to find spares anywhere, even bags! Great suction and huge capacity but the dual crevice nozzle/brush attachment is awful; it flips around when you don’t want it to. The cord is really long but a pain in the neck to store, as there’s no reel to wind it up out of the way, so you end up with loads of cable lying about. The tube is a weird size, so standard crevice nozzles etc don’t fit and RH don’t seem to make spares. Cheap and really solidly built but no use for cleaning in crevices.

It’s the best vacuum I have ever purchased. It’s easy to handle and so light. The suction on it is really great and definitely does the job. I hope to buy another when I am finished with the one I already got.

Best hover I’ve ever had, really cheap but well put together and terrific suction. The long lead is another bonus. Highly reccommend.

Nice little hover does the job really well, difficult to find replacement bags any where but on here. I only have a small house but it does a good job both on dust and on dog hair.

Best thing I’ve brought since buying a new home. Forgot how much you need a solid tub vacuum after switching to cordless ones for the past few years. Great for the car, dust bag takes ages to fill up, suction is continuous and excellent.
