Very disappointed with this Hoover, especially as it’s a Russell Hobbs, I expected a better vacuum cleaner than this, but for the name and the price I expected better quality! It’s very small and light (which is one of the good points and the reason I bought it, as I wanted a lighter vacuum for upstairs) the suction is terrible, and after one day of use, the rollers stopped turning on both the main machine and the handheld pet hair accessory. I’ll still have to use it even though it is useless and it takes double the time to clean the bedroom as I don’t have another for upstairs. Very disappointing!

This vacuum is quite noisy and very basic, however it does a really good job . I am pleased with it . Would be great for a student or small home. The cord could do with being a little longer so can go from one room to another upstairs, I have found the suction in the hose not very powerful so don’t use that at all. So a little disappointed for this .

It is very easy to use very light to move around and suction is good. The cable could do with being a little longer i would say it is a nice quiet hoover with good suction and a good range of extra tools to get in all the less reachable areas all in all a good hoover for small houses and one or two pets

When I first bought this I thought wow what a bargain, great suction very light weight, really did a good clean up, however over the weeks little by little the proformance deteriorated, until it was spitting dirt back at me rather than sucking it up, I clean my vacuums and I look after them well, but I still did all the basic checks to find the problem with little success. I was way over my return deadline however I have to say Amazon was amazing. After speaking to them via online chat they told me to return the vacuum to them and gave me a full refund. I was super happy, they didn’t have to do that as it was a manufacturing problem now not amazons. They picked the vacuum up the next day credited my account and I bought another vacuum (different one) . It’s always good to remember even when something breaks months later have a word with Amazon and see if they can help you. This was almost 7 months I’d had it for, no box for it nothing. I appreciate the help Amazon. But yeah bad vacuum
