This item was purchased as ‘good’ for £109.99 However, when the box was opened, the grass bag was torn, stained and the lawnmower covered in dirt, mud, grass stains, scuffed, knocked and very ‘used’. Had to return it for a full refund.

Was not aware that this was a used ‘refurbished’ item, as it was not in the main description but in a very small hidden additional description in right side panel. It arrived with mud on the wheels and loose bolts at the bottom of the box. When I took it out of the box one of the wheels fell off.
