I’m going to save the best till last. 1st The Toaster. Appearance very stylish. Slots wide enough. Build quality iffy. But it does toast and after a few trials realised the browning control needs to be adjusted so that both sides are brown after discovering that one side only gets brown so I upped the number and eureka I now have a Toaster that does what it’s told. Pity I hadn’t checked to see if there was a lift up handle but never mind. Now the matching Kettle, again a lovely design and lightweight. Boils so quickly and silent. This kettle replaced an older, heavier, noisier one. overall I’m ok with the pair. Would I recommend them? Depends on what you think is a reasonable price to pay, they weren’t the most expensive items and as I don’t run a busy cafe it doesn’t matter to me. I like them.

We like our kettle especially and bought another one for my mother in law. The kettle is light and very useful for her as she has arthritis. It is just as good for us as it takes a good amount of water.

Pretty disappointed that it didn’t come with Australian plug. I’ve had to fork out another $11 for an adaptor. Please ensure you state this in your ad!!!!

I have no idea why this is advertised on Amazon Australia, as it arrived with ENGLISH plugs. This is so frustrating and has annoyed me so much as it will be far too expensive for me to send these back… and I will now need to pay an electrician to update the plugs. It should be REALLY CLEARLY stated that this is going to have THE WRONG PLUG for use in this country because I would not have purchased it if I had have known.
Instead it says “UK imports may differ from local products” which is SO VAGUE. I can’t tell you how annoyed I am about this.
I bought both the kettle and the toaster.
On top of this, it isn’t as nice in person as it is in the photos… I really am not happy with this purchase but I guess I am stuck with it now that I have it. Either that or post them back for the same price I spent on them.
