I’ve been using this for a month, and I’m genuinely impressed. In terms of hardware, it performs similarly to other top-tier robot vacuums — it cleans about 90% of my home efficiently. Like most, it’s not perfect along the edges, but it’s still one of the best options on the market.
What really sets it apart is the software. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive. Dividing rooms on the map, adding furniture, setting different cleaning modes by room, and customizing cleaning priorities — all of it is straightforward. The smart “no-go zones” and virtual walls are especially useful. I can even set it to vacuum without mopping in specific areas and define custom start and end times.
One feature I really want to highlight is the quiet mode. It’s quiet enough that I can comfortably enjoy TV shows or make calls while it’s running — something I’ve rarely experienced with other robot vacuums.
The built-in camera is another bonus. I occasionally use it as a quick home monitor when I’m away, which adds an extra layer of convenience.
Overall, no regrets — it’s made my routine easier and more pleasant.

I was hesitant buying this as I saw the negative feedback. I already tried a Dyson version which I returned as kept getting lost. I have had the Samsung vacuum for a few days now and have tried using in vacuum and mop mode. It has done a fantastic job on both vacuuming and mopping. It has not created any issues or got lost. Has avoided hazards and has worked around them. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking g for a bot vacuum.

This is an excellent cleaner. Goes over rugs, no problem. Just needs to have rollers cleaned before every use. Otherwise easy to set up and use. Not really worth connecting to Alexa as the on/off switch is much easier.

This is big! The cleaning station is approximately 55h x 45w x 27d (cm) not including the base plate which sticks out the front of the cleaning station another 24cm.
It is heavy! The main weight is in the cleaning station but the Jet Bot is quite weighty too – together they weigh nearly 5kg.
Setup is straightforward when following the instructions in the well written, comprehensive User Manual – connecting to our Wi-Fi was a bit fiddly but that’s down to having a Wi-Fi signal that fluctuates in strength due to the environment.
The Samsung ‘Smart Things’ app is free to download on either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and is needed to operate the Wi-Fi version of this Bot. It allows you to control the Bot and create settings to operate the Bot automatically such as ‘Start cleaning when you leave home in the morning’.
The build quality of the Jet Bot Combo appears to be excellent and the whole thing has a sleek, modern appearance, this is just as well because it is not going to be easy to hide.
In operation the Bot is relatively quiet and seems to cope with our various floor surfaces (carpets, tiles and laminate) very well. You are able to define where to use the vacuum cleaner function, the mop function or both with the map that the bot creates when first used and you can also restrict the Bot to only clean the areas that you want it to clean. I like the way that, once done with the cleaning, the Bot returns to its base and can empty its waste into the appropriate bin of which there are three in the cleaning station (one for vacuum cleaner waste, one for fresh water and one for dirty water. I was also very impressed at how precisely the bumpers and sensors can manoeuvre the Bot around objects – it actually guided itself between the dining chair legs which are only just far enough apart for it to fit through! As with all of these types of machine, you do need to go round the edges of the areas cleaned by the Bot as it does not clean right up to the edges. In fact, I would say that they are great for a quick, daily clean but that, at least once a week, you need to do a thorough, manual clean yourself.
Overall this is a marvellous piece of equipment and the only reason that I am not giving it 5 stars is because a) you still need to do a manual clean every so often and, b) you need a dedicated area such as a utility room in which to keep the cleaning station as it is too large to set up in, for instance, a kitchen where it would be on view and, possibly (depending on the size of your kitchen) taking up valuable floor space and an electric socket.

Thought I would give this Samsung vacuum a try as kept having issues with other ones. Hardware is nice the app is basic, very basic. It would not clean under my sofa like previous vacuums, it decided that the sofa and my book shelfs were walls so would not clean under them. The app also told me that my kitchen and utility room were too small to make them their own room. The vacuum part is good, didn’t even bother to try and mop as all ready decided it was not fit for purpose and was going back. Boxed every thing up to find out you can’t actually turn the robot off. So it was on, bleeping, trying to move inside the box. Explains why it was 0% battery out of the box. Was worth a short but lasted 2 hours before a return was requested. The water tanks are not nice to operate. they do not shut and open smoothy compared to others, feel clumsy. The hover it’s self is big compared to previous ones so didn’t get as close into tight spaces and corners.

I was expecting this to be all singing and all dancing and to point it is really good but then again I expected a lot more considering this is a high value, yet some of the Mid range have more features on the app and are better at getting into the corners than this one is.
Very easy to set up and use, but then again it is very limited on their functionalities on the app. For a high-end robot duo hoover I did expect a far better quality finish compared to my midrange mode but there isn’t too much difference if I’m being completely honest.
It does clean extremely well, but as I’ve stated above it does miss the edges of the furniture and the corners aren’t great either. The battery life is okay and it charges well but for this price range it’s not that different to the midrange models
