Long story. I bought this so that I could track steps and walks. When it works, it does this well and syncs to Samsung Health on my phone so that I can measure things.
However, it is not consistent. Sometimes it will send the information to the phone, sometimes it doesnt. So far this week it says Ive done over 7 hours of ‘workouts’. However the phone shows nothing apart from today’s walk for some unknown reason. Its nothing to do with the settings, its the same constantly, its unpredictable as to whether it will tell the phone what workouts have taken place. Ive done nothing different on the phone or band today, than all this week and yet only today’s walk is on the phone. The sleep mode is terrible, it might turn on, it might not, it might switch itself off in the middle of the night and then the screen comes on and wakes me up, it might not. Today for example its telling me I didnt sleep until 3am, however that is when the sleep mode finally kicked in. Sometimes you click on sleep mode and it will automatically go on DND, sometimes it doesnt. Sometimes DND comes on, on its own. Last night I had to turn sleep mode on 5 times, it just kept switching itself off. Then there are random alarms, which only seem to be able to be turned off by turning the actual band off and starting it again. The alarms are not set on my phone, they are not going off on my phone, they’re not set on the band either. They go off, every single minute until the band is switched off. I have no idea what they are. There are other brands out there (sort of made up name brands) which I feel I now need to try instead, I didnt want to because the watch face of this is nice and small, I dont like the massive screens on some of them but this is turning out un fit for purpose. I cant return it because its outside of the returns window and when I (finally) got through to Samsung, they deny that this band is being sold in the EU and say Amazon shouldnt be selling it and so they cant help me and I cant return it to them or get it fixed by them (its probably not broken, it just doesnt work that well). £50 quid down the drain

I bought this recently after constant issues with my fitbit! I’d put off getting the samsung watch to link to my phone thinking they would be in apple price range so when I saw this I was fairly sceptical. However it is amazing, simple to link/setup and very easy to use. All the features are great and the battery lasts really well. I would definitely recommend this watch 😁

Arrivato in anticipo, usato cone nuovo, qui sotto ho risparmiato, ma perfetto! Poi Samsung è una garanzia. Possiedo un galaxy watch 6 che è assolutamente completo e di più ma ho un debole anche per le smartband, che alterno, ne ho comprati tanti ormai, ma questo non l’avevo mai avuto e direi che a parte il gps che manca, per il resto è top! Lo schermo nitidissimo molto fluido e il cinturino di un silicone morbido e con chiusura classica che risulta più sicura del bottoncino!

The watch has so many great features but I primarily use it for tracking steps, exercise and heart rate. I do love it tracks your sleep as well. Also love you can control your music.
The battery life seems OK, although I would prefer it lasted longer than a few days but I have changed some settings to see if that helps.
Good value for money. Great fit and comfortable strap. Very happy 😊

Really great product for the price. However if you’re an Apple phone user it won’t work with your handset. My daughter was very disappointed it was incompatible. But I gave it to a friend and my friend ended up loving the watch. She says it’s the best fitness watch she’s had, it is accurate, easy to use and has great connectivity. If you’re an android or Samsung user then you can’t go wrong.

Great fit watch. Bought as replacement for fitbit which broke again! Thought I try a different brand. So far so good, cheaper than fitbit, more features & currently enjoying it. I like the strap colour but not sure how long it will stay clean. The face size is good, i have small wrists & wouldn’t want it any bigger. Battery life seems good, lost 34% in 3 days. Im no technophile but this seemed easy to set up and customise. Only slight annoyance is that you have to set up a new profile etc on the Samsung health app if you’ve not used Samsung fit before & it comes with a USBc as standard so couldn’t charge it until I’d bought a charger.
