I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I had to for this item. I have spent probably about £2000 on other well known brand hoovers that have been absolutely rubbish so I saw this on and thought I would have a go, well, I can honestly say, I wish I had seen this hoover years ago. It is fantastic! It has great suction and 2 turbo settings, it is so ridiculously light and is simple to clean. You can even do up the stairs without using the attachments.I cannot say enough about it. I would highly recommend this hoover to everybody and I know for a fact that I will continue to buy this hoover.

Had been wanting a decent cordless vacuum for the new house as we have tiles downstairs. This is perfect for it for a quick vacuum of mess/dust and does a really good job at picking everything up – can adjust the suction power depending on surface, but it does use more power if you have it on the highest setting.
Handy attachments, really lightweight, easy to charge the battery with a docking station but I usually unplug the battery then charge it.
Only downside is battery life is quite short for each charge. Would have been good to have a spare so you can swap between them when one runs out.
While it works on carpets, I would say it’s better on hard floors due to suction and battery life – we use our shark for the carpets.
Had it for about 2.5 months now and overall I would recommend it still and really happy with the purchase.

This is a great Vacuum ultra lightweight and so easy to use, will do whole house on power setting one but soon runs out on high power. Brushes need clearing fairly often with dog hair but all in all highly recommended.

Love my Samsung vacuum. Cleans well, Easy to empty dust collector. Reasonably quiet and great suction. Fast recharge and lasts for the whole house on normal mode, not so long on the high suction but I use that for stubborn dirt or spiders 😀. As with all Samsung products, can’t go wrong ! Highly recommend

This is way better than any other expensive or overpriced products. It’s lightweight, powerful Suction even on the lowest speed.
It has a power button which you don’t need to hold down and has 3 speed levels. Soon as you turn it on it will be on medium by default, I find it easy and powerful enough on the lowest level, it even picks up the cat litter on the lowest level and the battery will go on for at least 40 mins. On medium maybe 25 to 30 mins.
However, the 3rd level is too powerful, I think it should only be used on anything stubborn because its Suction is so powerful that it will make you sweat if you’re on carpet and the battery will be dead in 10 minutes, it’s only there to be use for a few seconds.
It charges fast and has the option of hanging it on the wall or elsewhere. Battery is so easy to put on and take off, if you don’t hang it on the wall but if you hang it on the wall you don’t need to do anything of course.

I was very satisfied with the performance, but the main attachment slowly started to feel loose, and broke. The main attachment is reasonably heavy, and yet the joints were all plastic. Up until then it did the job well. But this kind of quality doesn’t justify the cost.
The light weight practically replaced a broom. Suction was good. It has three settings, the mid speed is good enough for carpet. The highest setting can be ideal, but will drain the battery in 10 minutes. Battery capacity could be better, but the handiness removes need to for long duration, as one can use one to two rooms at a time.

I have had this product for a year now. It started working for less and less time. I cannot vacuum my whole studio without needed to charge it now a year later.

and very pleased. I wasn’t sure what to expect after using an old Dyson corded vac’ for decades and I have to say it’s really very good. Being Samsung it’s built really well, feels decent in use, the suction is more than adequate on no.2 (of 3 power settings) and even useable on setting 1 on hardwood floors. The powered brush works very well on carpets, collecting pretty well everything in it’s path without having to redo any areas, the suction is too strong for the brush head on power no.3 so we use it on 2 or even 1. The wand itself and all the attachments fit with a reassuring ‘click’ and feel solid. We’ve decided to wall mount the charger so simply hang the vacuum in it when finished, the tools are held by the charging station so it’s tidy and doesn’t take up much space. We’ve got vinyl flooring in the kitchen, laminate in the front room, carpeted stairs/landing/hallway and a mix in 3 bedrooms…a full charge will do the whole house with 1 bar on the battery remaining so there’s no need for another battery here, the cylinder might need emptying 2/3 times but we don’t find that an issue. It’s so quiet compared to the Dyson too! It’s a great bit of kit, very convenient, nice to use, easy to operate, sounds good! etc. so we’re really pleased with it overall.

Great hoover , really does it’s job but unfortunately the battery life is dismal real let down as at 1st I was impressed with everything about it. Such a let down samsung.
