   Wheel broke after 3 months use. Contacted Amazon they donned me off to Samsung who ignored me for a week despite constant chasers. Eventually told it would be picked up for “repair”. Heard nothing contacted Amazon again and was again told to speak to Samsung. Very poor quality product and Amazon have done nothing to help. Will be referring to solicitor to get money back.

   Tested it for 4 days and it seems like a good robot vacuum cleaner. Done a good map for the flat in 1 run. It does adapt to the changing surrounding in our flat perfectly and does clean areas it can get access to. So, an AI in it is not just a marketing term. Does find path back to station reliably, even if path has to change every time. Overally a good impression.

   It would be great to have a side brush to get better cleaning on the edges and a better suction power. However, that is outweighed by the fact that it can reliably clean house again again and again, which outweighs its average suction power.

   We previously had a cheaper robot vacuum from another brand but it was very noisy and always got stuck. The Samsung jetbot is so much better – the ai object detection is a real game changer as it doesn’t try to eat bags or shoes, doesn’t get stuck between the chair legs of our dining table and makes it back to it’s charging base every time. It’s also so much quieter – I can hear myself think and do other things while it’s on rather than only wanting it running when we are out. Yes it’s a lot more expensive than some others but so far it is 100% worth it

   I’ve tried a Roomba (from 2015), the Dyson Eye and the Dyson Heurist. This is the first robot I have used that can reliably clean my home every time.

   The mapping is amazing. Unlike VSLAM robots, this one (LIDAR) just enters a room, drives to the middle, then moves on. It maps my 75sqm apartment in less than 10 mins and is always accurate.
   The AI is a bit over sensitive. It regularly mistakes rug corners for towels, but in the end will clean them – or at worst around the area it mistook. You can however leave clothes/cables on the floor without worrying.

   Cleaning on hard floors is excellent, it rarely misses anything. On my rugs is sometimes misses larger debris, but will usually get it on the next pass/clean.
   It’s much quieter than the other robots I’ve tried too. I can have it cleaning in the same room when I’m working without too much bother.

   The self emptying base works well. I would have preferred a bagless system to cut down on consumables, but at least the dust is trapped. It holds a lot too.

   The only real critique I have is that it’s a bit over engineered. Lots of noises and voice alerts, LED lights you cannot disable, the base is large and the app has lots of options for ‘pet care’ etc that clutter the interface – that being said, Samsung have done a fantastic job of cramming so much into one device. I do miss the simplicity of the Heurist, but thats about all I miss.

   Overall I would recommend this robot. Considering the competition is so close in price (sometimes more), but far inferior, its very good value for all the features it offers.

   Well what I say yes it looks stunning but unfortunately that’s we’re it stops if I could give 0 stars I would the mapping is dreadful picking up dust is a joke please see video your be shocked spoke to Samsung customer support they don’t care absolutely waste of money

   Not sure what’s going on with this seller but I sent the vacuum back 2 weeks ago and still no refund?
   Product is not fit for purpose, doesn’t map the house properly and do not clean all area
   You have to watch it and make sure everything is out of the way for it to do the job
   First time I’m leaving a review for a product so that shows how bad this product is and also how this seller is taking ages to refund

   It seems this machine gets a lot of stick and poor reviews. Personally I think it’s excellent for my needs.It’s made a big difference with keeping dust down and that’s my point. As a machine used every few days it does an excellent job keeping on top dust build up. Don’t expect a deep clean on the first run. Because you can run it often without needing to be home , it could effectively keep your floor cleaner than you would normally with a manually operated hoover.
   One feature I love that has nothing to do with its primary purpose and that’s the built in camera. You can literally drive the robot around to monitor your property. The camera is pretty good quality too.
   Everything works as it should and does it well for my needs. Make sure you get it on offer. Pay less and you will expect less 🙂 …
   I love it but everyone has different levels of dirt and dust build up so can understand why it may not suit everyone.
