After years of cheap Indesit and Hotpoint machines, decided to go a bit more higher end. Dont regret it, especially at sale price of £879 with £100 cashback from Samsung. Quiet, washes great, good range of programmes, and Smart dose( btw greatest thing ever!!!). Highly, highly recommended.

Decided to take the plunge and buy this after a year and a half of having a beko washer dryer we had no end of issues either it, chiefly it taking forever to dry clothes and then breaking.
The Samsung is absolutely outstanding. It is so quiet, numerous features and has a decent capacity. There is no rocking about and the clothes dry perfectly every time. The connectivity with the Samsung SmartThings app is brilliant and I love the auto dispense of detergent and fabric softener a the ability to adjust amounts based on water hardness and concentration of the liquid. You can turn the auto dispense off to use powder or tablets but the only feature missing is like is to be able to set your custom programmes to not use auto dispense as certain washes we use sensitive laundry tablets instead so it a pain having to open the app to disable the auto dispense and then have to remember to re-enable it for the next wash. Other than that so far we’ve found it to be faultless.

The product itself has been great so far. Done one wash and dry, and it actually dries the clothes unlike our previous washer/dryer! it’s also very quiet while in use.
The downside was the delivery, paying extra for the item to be delivered within a time slot and to be placed into our chosen room. Delivery was within the time slot and delivered by two guys, who carried it up the outdoor steps to the communal area to our flat only to be told that they would not carry it any further (up stairs to the kitchen). My husband even offered to help the two men carry it up, only to be told they were not “superman”! Turns out my husband must be Superman, as he managed to get the washer/dryer upstairs on his own.

For all costumer please be careful when buying this washing machine. You might not have the same luck like the others who wrote positive comments about it.
It is just the first day since we bought the machine and we obviously try it on. It makes such a loud loud noise when spinning even on 800 and the maximum is 1400.
It is very very loud and not drying the clothes properly.
We are looking for a refund…. Unfortunately you can not fully trust these type of products from amazon.
