The washing machine is fantastic, very quiet, quick but Samsung were let down by Amazon badly, I added the removal, install etc from Amazon but I found out after the machine was delivered Amazon only do this service in certain areas mine not being one of them which is very unhelpful when you live by yourself I only ordered the machine before I wanted a Samsung washing machine as I needed to replace it and had a Samsung before, Amazon customer services were atrocious, very unhelpful to the extent I will now only buy ebooks from Amazon.

This is our 2nd Samsung machine after 1st started making a noise I believe to be a worn bearings coming from the counter rotating drums at the rear, excellent wash from both and really happy all round. Don’t bother with Amazon install/uninstall service as the two that delivered ours didn’t seem interested in doing anything other than rudely chat constantly to each other in a foreign dialect, I had to switch off isolator, disconnect/reconnect waste and even had to force the two overstretched delivery agents to excerpt themselves to flick the power switch underneath cupboard, half expected them to ask if I could drive them to next drop.

Ordered and had too many issues so had to return:
– the install service was quite unprofessional, it was a couple who showed up from a taskrabbit style app, couldn’t speak English, and couldn’t install the machine. However, they did take the rubbish away for recycling
– the cold water pipe provided was far too short so the install was cancelled, had to order a longer pipe, and had to fit a 67kg washing machine into a small space myself
– every single wash flooded our kitchen due to a blockage in the filter. I suspect that this wasn’t a brand new model and was previously returned as we found a large piece of fabric in the filter
Amazon was great, originally offered a partial refund when we originally complained and thought we had fixed the issue but it leaked twice again.
Would not recommend this model. It’s a shame as it seemed like a very good deal for this washing machine

I recently purchased the Samsung Series 6 Washing Machine with Autodose, and I must say, it has been a game-changer. The Autodose feature is the highlight of this machine and makes laundry a breeze.
Pros:

Large Capacity: The washing machine’s drum has a generous capacity, allowing me to wash more clothes in a single load. This is especially helpful for bedding and bulky items like super-king duvets.
Quiet Operation: During the wash and spin cycles, the machine operates quietly. This is great because I can do laundry at any time of day without disturbing anyone else in the house.
User-Friendly Controls: The control panel is easy to navigate, and the LED display provides clear information about the selected settings and remaining time for each cycle. The best way to control however is through the smartthings app.
Cons:

Learning Curve: While the controls are user-friendly, it took me some time to get used to the Autodose feature and understand its settings fully. The app is helpful, but a more intuitive interface would have been appreciated.

Brought 9kg Quick drive in October 2024. Auto doze stores for upto 20 plus cycles with medium doze settings. So far good will update if something goes wrong

Don’t know if its because I’ve had an old washer for a long time and finally replaced it but the change in quality has caught me off guard, saving energy compared to my old one too. How much quieter it is, the amount of options and the auto dose thing will a curious thing to try out. Doesn’t violently shake when its spinning too which is a plus. Compared to other washing machines it is a bit pricey but I think it’ll be worth it in the long run.
Paid a little extra to get it installed and my old 1 removed, the chaps were quite fast, efficient and quite friendly.

Sleek design and amazing performance. I love the AI Function which not only saves me money but washes to perfection every time. I am also really pleased with both the towel and bedding programs, towels are softer, which is important to me as I don’t have a tumble dryer and bedding is gently washed and has few creases on completion.
