   I ordered this blender recently to upgrade from my old, small one. The package includes four containers of various sizes, each designed for a different job. The main jug is great for making smoothies, milkshakes, and juices, especially with the juicer attachment. The second container is perfect for chopping veggies thanks to the grinding blade. The third and fourth cups are ideal for smaller jobs like single-serve smoothies, and with their attached lids, you can blend and pack them straight into your bag. The blender is quite powerful, but I’ve noticed it’s sensitive to the liquid-to-ingredient ratio—if there’s not enough liquid, it struggles. Overall, it’s a good blender, just make sure to get your proportions right to avoid any issues.

   P.S. As stated in the leaflet in the box, this blender is not good for pure ice, so keep this in mind if you purchase it.

   This blender is compact and great for making smoothies. It has three speeds which is useful if you are adding ice or nuts. The range of accessories that it comes with make it a very versatile utensil in the kitchen. I use the jug attachment the most but have tried the grinder attachment for nuts. Considering its versatility and compact nature, I think the price tag is good value-for-money.

   This blender on a budget has some nice features but it’s quite small and a bit flimsy. The blender jug is plastic and I’d recommend paying more for a glass one particularly if you want to crush ice. It does have a good array of attachments – spice grinder and meat chopper but the meat chopper is too small to make anything other than a small pot of pate or hummus.

   As shown in my video I grinded seeds into powder, made fruit and veg juice and a smoothie, chopped vegetables and even minced them (only because I didn’t have meat to mince for my video!) but I did eventually mince some beef to make burgers.

   It does all I hoped for and for the price, it is tremendous value. But there are some minor shortcomings. There was supposed to be a powder cover with holes as shown in the manual but the lid I got was purely solid. The Juicer volume is a small capacity once blended. It takes a very long time to blend unless the harder veg and fruits are cut up into as small pieces as possible. Basically, chop everything up as small as possible for quicker blending.

   Otherwise this food processor is fantastic value, yes its all plastic containers etc, this is a budget food processor after all, but it all works as it should and with very satisfying results.

   I do like this.
   It comes with a series of little plastic tops, so you do not need to use the large container, you can grind nuts in a smaller container, when done seal it for later.
   The main container unit comes with a fruit mid section, so when pouring out the pulp stays in the container.
   Each container is a good thick plastic and feels like it can handle everyday wear without a problem.

   This has blades for grinding and blending, each on its own base.
   The containers lock into the base via a 3 prong screw which is pretty easy to use and ensure that everything is where it should be.

   I have not used it a lot, but my use of it has been really nice.
   It is so simple to use and has been quick and very effective when grinding and blending. I am definitely going to be relying on this a lot more in the future.

   I think the 5 in 1 refers to how many parts there are in this machine as I can’t see anywhere that explains what 5 things it actually does
   Ie

   It blends (needs liquids as do most blenders and filters out the seeds/skin with the insert).

   It chops (labelled as ‘meat grinder’ – this handy attachment chops veg up which is great for not just onions but also for making veg rice etc – something I currently do with a hand version!).

   It grinds (grinder attachment for beans or coffee or grains which you can do dry).

   Now we do have an expensive brand version of this beginning with ‘N’ that we have used and obviously is it nowhere near as good as that one. The quality alone even in the thickness of the jar and the mechanism isn’t comparable. But for a more budget multi blender – not being used regularly, this should more than fulfill all your requirements.

   *The only issue we found on our first blend is that it did smell of burning on the motor. We only used it for a short period to blend garlic and ginger for a curry base – along with water, but it smelled bad within a minute of use. It even mentions in the instructions about the overheat protection but I wouldn’t expect it to occur straight away.
   However….. This could also be due to it being a new machine and factory smells so we will try it more and update this review if anything changes either way
