The blender it self was fantastic, it was bought for my grandson, so he loved chopping fruit and making his own smoothie in the sturdy drinks bottle. When we went to pull the plug out of the socket, it fell apart, I couldn’t get it out because i had nothing to grip to, the back of the plug that you grip to pull out of the socket had come off exposing wires of the plug, I was horrified, I had to turn electric off to prise plug out of socket with a thin knife, (butter knife ). Not very happy as we had to fit another plug.

Disappointed with the Quality and Usability –
I’ve only had this product for 17 days, and it has already become a serious safety hazard. While using it, I experienced an electric shock, which could have been much worse. After inspecting the plug, I found the internal wiring and construction to be poorly made and unreliable (see attached photos). One of the plug prongs even fell out – completely unacceptable and dangerous.
No product should pose a risk of electrocution, especially after such a short time. I strongly do not recommend this product. It needs to be recalled or properly inspected for safety compliance.
