   This was our second Shark vacuum cleaner, having had the first one for about 12 years. I guess after awhile things start to wear out as the suction wasn’t quite as good as when new. We shopped around to see what was available from other manufacturers and suppliers, but nothing seemed to be as good as the Shark, so we got the same model pretty much. Ordering and delivery through Amazon Prime was excellent, as always, and the following day we were finding that the new model was even better than the first. Unfortunately, after four months, we had a problem, when the brushes/rollers stopped spinning for some unknown reason. We contacted Shark customer services direct, filled the form in, submitted it and after one or two emails (verification) we received a completely new floor nozzle within two days. Very happy with this excellent service from Shark and we would definitely recommend their products.

   The vacuum has performed great so far with much better suction power that out Dyson Ball.
   Couple of down sides – power cord a bit short to get all the way up stairs, very unstable when using the hose detached from the wand always pulling the vacuum over.

   I am so happy with this vacum! So strong, so mobile, flexible, diverse. When vacuming on hard floor on full power it’s actually not that noisy. It is quite heavy but a small price to pay for all the practicality it comes with. And i absolutely love the big cord. I was so annoyed on my old vacum when i had to all the time change the socket bc the cord reached its limit. So happy with the purchase.

   A brilliant hoover which I thought was too heavy but turned out to be the powerful suction! I have waist long hair and the anti-wrap tech is excellent, one of the reasons I chose to look at Shark products is because of this. When I went over my living room carpet the first time, which I had hoovered a week before I bought my shark; if I didn’t know any better I would have said it had never been hoovered before! So easy to empty and holds a lot more waste than you would think, looking at the dust collector. Easy to empty, great for ceilings and walls my first expensive hoover I have bought and with plenty of cable so no problem with going everywhere in my bungalow. I bought the attachments to hoover under the sofa and do the dusting as well, which you can also get for it on the shark website because I have arthritis and all in all a bloody good buy. I was disappointed that the cordless versions were so expensive but now I’m glad because I got the perfect vacuume cleaner for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

   We liked the first one so much we bought a second! awesome amount of suction and not too heavy if lifting upstairs etc. Easy waste away solution, just take the collector off the vacuum and take to bin, press button and bottom opens, done.
   Also pick up pet hairs with ease and comes with a couple of handy attachments which have been useful when doing smaller spaces like the car.

   Wow! I love this hoover! Probably the best one I’ve owned! It’s very versatile and powerful and has many little useful attachments for all the jobs you’ll ever need! The light is a good feature and I love the way it moves around corners and easy to do the stairs .. could not believe how much dust it picked up the first time I used it and had only been done the day before! Easy to empty it . It also arrived one day early than expected! Great value for money and I would definitely recommend this hoover 5 stars from me 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

   I’ve had a Dyson vacuum for 10 years until a major part snapped just before Christmas. I was pretty happy with it but decided to get a Shark instead because I’d heard good things about them and James Dyson’s stance on Brexit meant I couldn’t support such a douch by buying his product.

   So glad I switched. This vacuum cleaner is just brilliant. The design is amazing and makes it very easy to use on carpets, hard floors and stairs. The suction too is far better than the Dyson and the dust chamber is cleverly designed to prevent hair wrapping around the cyclone tube, which always happened with the Dyson making it difficult to empty.

   It is also much quieter, proving James Dyson wrong about his complaints of the EU limiting power of vacuum cleaners being a bad thing. Eventually that extra energy only becomes noise, not suction.

   Absolutely excellent product.

   First of all, it’s a great vacuum, suction is fantastic, it just feels quality made and glides so easily. You won’t go wrong buying it.
   However for such a ‘quality’ product there’s many oversights.
   For example, where the cord wraps around the designated hooks, the plug just ends up pointing up and dangling annoyingly, and you cannot wind it any other way as the lead has a solid 90 degree kink in it to start with. I find it hard to understand how someone didn’t think of add a bit of length so it just hangs down.
   Another thing that I find odd is that the none of the included accessories fit in one of the holders at the back, why is is even there? Extremely weird.
   Car detailing kit – great addition. However, the only way it attaches is to the main heavy handle so you have to always use two hands to operate it, one holding the handle, the other aiming the detailing end. Very clumsy and not overly useful, but perhaps that’s the only way this could be practically designed. That’s fine, but don’t get excited about it.

   Lastly, the advertised anti hair wrap just doesn’t work. I haven’t even used it much yet since I got it, and there’s already hair wrapped around the roller. I don’t understand why is it advertised as such, I used other models of shark with anti hair wrap and it worked 100% but not this one!

   They may not be huge things, but had I known the above, I’d re-think my purchase.
   But it’s now done, and I’m sure it will get a lot of use and be great at it.
