This robot vacuum and mop is a five star product. I always buy shark as I find their products the best of the best.
I initially ordered a cheap version and it didn’t work and was swiftly sent back. I hate mopping and I wanted a machine where the mop was not just a gimmick, I think most of the others in this price range or cheaper don’t really mop but just rub a jet of water rather vaguely over hard floors
I can happily say Daisy mops like an angel and is a good little hoover too. I love the simplicity of the machine and it’s really easy to use. It doesn’t get stuck and maps so quickly and efficiently.
The dust bucket is a bit fiddly and I too wish it could clean and climb stairs but in 2024 you can’t have it all. I love daisy and she has changed my cleaning life. No more mopping thanks to her, a very good buy especially for her mopping skills

I am not prepared to give the product 5🌟 as it’s not without it’s problems.
HOWEVER, I’ve been dealing with Shark customer services directly and their support, friendly nature and will to please their customers is beyond amazing!
I’d recommend any shark products purely on this unbeatable (and I sincerely mean that), customer service.
That in itself would get 50 stars if it was possible

First ever robot vacuum I have. As a techy guy who likes a clean house but can’t be bothered to lift a finger this was a no brainer for me.
The robot is well built and has a good base. I got it to do a map which it did pretty accurately.
Was pretty surprised at just how much dirt it picks up, and that’s just on normal mode, not even the max mode. The spacial awareness is quite impressive, for example it cleans the hallway perfectly that I marked out and won’t touch any of the other bedrooms if I don’t ask it to. It’s fairly quiet, can be a bit loud when self emptying but that’s only for a few seconds and the base is in the corner of another room so doesn’t bother me.
My only issues so far are carpet tassels (at my grans house), she has quite dated rugs that have long fringes, the robot can get caught up in them and you will have to manually fix it.
The app overall is pretty good but sometimes it’s a bit buggy, for example I was having it clean the hallway but the app says it’s charging ie docked at the base. The app seemed to be updated regularly though so should be fixed in future I reckon.
Haven’t tried the mop feature yet but will do soon, I will get it to mop my bathrooms.
I think it would be great to set on a schedule every day when you’re at work etc and no one is home. I’m planning to move it to my grandads house where I stay for uni, the whole ground floor can get very dirty and we have a dog who sheds hair all the time so that will be very interesting to see how much it picks up.
Edit:
The first night of using it, it decided to clean the hallway at 3.38am without it being asked to or no schedule etc. I happened to be awake at that time so quickly grabbed it and turned it off, will be using do not disturb feature from no one but no idea why it did that.

Worked well for 4 days – and does a pretty good job cleaning. Unfortunately it will no longer connect to the app so it’s mostly useless. It can still technically clean without the app, but it can’t mop, can’t return to empty itself and just blindly wanders around because it doesn’t have the map of the floor. Not worth the money when only 30% of it works. I’ve spent the past 3-4 hours trying to troubleshoot it – from using different a device, changing my network settings, resetting the hoover – absolutely everything available online. Shark’s customer support goes as far as “turn everything off and on again” … really helpful.
Shame because it really liked it when it worked.

I am very disappointed with this product. I did not realise the limitations of the app, you can only map 1 level. I live in a 3 level house so this has serious limitations for me. We rang Shark who confirmed this is the case, they suggested we can put it upstairs and set it to do a clean. It will then clean a 5 foot space. Pretty useless if you want to map carpets and hard floors, or stairs. Alternatively if you have an hour to spare you can remap every floor, every time – or just hoover and mop manually. The very short performance it had just after mapping 1 floor seemed ok, we did not use the mop function. Sadly had to return.
