Sturdy and comfortable. You can feel the good quality. No noise of springs. After being so used to old mattress; you immediately feel what you’ve been missing. Would definitely recommend.

Seems to be good quality and will last a while. However the mattress is definitely on the firmer side, especially if you are on the lighter side, I got a 3 inch topper to go on top which then gave it more of a medium feel and much more comfortable for a side sleeper like me now.
If you like a firm mattress, this will be good for you, I personally wouldn’t rate this as medium or medium-firm, definitely closer to firm, you might feel it if you are a side sleeper like me.

Brilliant mattress, beautifully firm for someone like myself who is slim and light, no noise at all when you move on the bed, no smell, perfect, just perfect. I received it yesterday and slept on it for the first time and it was the best night I have had in so many months, what a super mattress giving such an amazing sleep quality experience, I slept soundly and comfortably. Size is excellent and its look amazing. All in all, definitely recommend this mattress for a good night’s sleep without disturbance.

Very happy with this purchase. Slept on Silentnight mattresses for many years, so I know the quality is excellent. Has eased my back pain – hoping it will be totally sorted very soon (only been on this new mattress a week)

Very pleased with purchase, nice comfortable mattress to replace the miracoil I already had. Communication, however, was atrocious. Told it was coming between 7am and 7pm. Got up really early to strip bed and drag mattress onto landing to help the delivery men. Then got an email to say it wasn’t coming .Had to drag mattress back and remake bed. A few hours later another email said it was still coming between 7am and 7pm! Stripped bed yet again and moved mattress again. Finally arrived about 1pm! What a fiasco!

I do not recommend buying this mattress, it looks the business but it’s very uncomfortable. I can feel the springs when lying on my side. It’s a very hard mattress. I thought I might get used to it but no ,I’ll will have to replace it. Even with padding and a topper it’s still uncomfortable. Lesson learnt, always buy from a shop.
