remplacé mes vielle enceinte de faible qualité par celle ci
installé dans un bateau ou elles ont pris plusieurs fois des éclaboussure dessus et elles fonctionne toujour aussi bien au bout de 1 an

Fitted to my boat where two of the four speakers required changing. Similar model to the 2 taken out. The sound quality is better that the old ones probably because they have been upgraded.
I am very happy with them.

We recently purchased a fully rebuilt pontoon boat that had five (5) of the Sony XSMP1611 speakers installed powered by a Sony CDXH910UI marine radio. One of them had somehow shorted to the point that about 4 inches of speaker wire had melted. We didn’t notice this on our walkthrough before we purchased – 🙁
Not wanting to change to a mismatched speaker we purchased this pair – one to replace the failed speaker and one as a spare. We cut back the wire beyond the melted portion – tested with a meter (no issues) and re-ended. The speaker replacement was “pretty easy” – the little tab covers that go over the screws pop in great but are really tight. I had to get a very small screwdrivers (more like one to repair glasses) to pop them out without damaging them (we are keeping the covers for the other speakers as spares). Once the screw covers were off it was super easy – backed out screws put in new speaker and replaced screws. Connected wire and presto we had sound.
Sound is good for what they cost and with five all around the boat it will blast you out without distorting.
Good choice for a reasonable cost.

Sound absolutely spot on, crisp and clear across treble and bass and they look good as well, I recommend them for the price.

Was very impressed with sound quality. Would recommend. 👍

Good relation sound/quality/money. Used in a boat. The last two pairs worked fine 3 years. After, the third summer, they broke.

Sound quality is good for waterproof marine speakers of this price range.
Installation was straight-forward. It comes with a template for cutting the hole – I recall it was on the box itself (we didn’t need it as we had an existing hole from the previous, different speakers we were replacing), so if you need to cut holes for them, I suggest you don’t end up ripping up the box before doing so.
They have been installed on our sailing boat for a couple of months now, without any problems at all despite having been drenched by salt water a number of times.
The product doesn’t look too plastic and has a good quality feel to it.

Great little speakers that perfectly fit the dimensions of the old now discontinued Sony Marine Speakers. Easy to fit in the existing holes and up and running in about half an hour.
