Its a cheap kettle. I bought it as a bit of a disposable one for use in a marquee. Worked perfectly well. Maybe seemed a little slow to boil, but it was kept working for about 12 hours straight with no issues. If you want a cheap kettle you wont go wrong with this.

Not 1lt according to measuring jug prone to black element resulting in black bits in cup
Easily switched on whilst pouring, Does not automatically turn off after trying to boil no water burning element, wasting energy Unstable and quite noisy Not a 1 litre kettle as stated but only holds 850ml.!!! Not happy at all

We’ve only just started using this as a replacement for a kettle that developed a mysterious dribbling leak from the spout. The spout on this one is more pointed and so should be less likely to develop the same fault. It is a basic cheap kettle but does the job required. The only minor negative is that the base is quite light.
