    I don’t know if I got a faulty machine or this air fryer is just very poor as an air fryer. I had so much expectation for this, it looked great, was a neat compact size for an 11L fryer but it just didn’t cook anything like I expected an air fryer to cook! First thing I did was bacon, which should have taken 6-7 minutes, checked after this time & it still looked raw. Took another 10 minutes to get it looking anything like crispy bacon. Everything I cooked took at least double to triple the recommended cooking time, despite pre-heating for twice the recommended time. Other disappointing feature was the stacked tiers in each basket – the top layer cooked too quickly & the bottom layer of food barely changed colour, I kept having to tip it all out and rotate the food to ensure it all cooked evenly. I really didn’t look forward to cooking with it so returned it. Have since purchased a very well-known brand of air fryer & it is the complete opposite, it’s absolutely fantastic, which makes me think this Swan is sadly just not up to the job.

    It would not be fair to give a one star review but it isn’t a five all in all the products absolutely fantastic. The only issue is the silicone pieces for the racks were missing and the one that was there was damaged so the racks were deemed useless, but Fairplay to Amazon they had gave me a £10.99 refund which was enough to replace the racks which was quite nice of them over all the product itself is great and works fine as off so far Stella, great product for the money

    Brought this as I had read good things about it. Overall it does the job which is great. My only comments would be the draws are a bit clunky and it’s a bit loud. It does take up a lot of cupboard space if like me you don’t want it out all the time. Definitely recommend buying some silicone trays for inside and cleaning the drawers is a bit a pain (as is with most airfryers).

    This is a total disaster. Does not cook the food right. Had to buy another air fryer. Would send it back but it would cost much postage.
