We only purchased this kettle about six weeks ago and we have decided to get a new one because it takes soooo long to boil. Apart from that it’s ok i suppose. I should have checked the watt output before buying 🤔my fault.

A decent and durable piece. Looking for a stainless steel one to avoid plastic smell for health. Finish and the circuit board are good. Used for almost an year still like new. Worth of money at the price range.

So this kettle looks lovely and I really liked it although it’s quite loud. Unfortunately it’s stopped working after 5 months! I went to turn it on this morning, it made a bang noise and the electrics tripped! I changed the fuse hoping it was that but no and tripped my fuse board again. Wouldn’t recommend am afraid, its such a shame!

Great value kettle looks great. This kettle is much better than my old dualit kettle which cost nearly four times more didn’t last, started to leak and then electrics went and it became dangerous to operate. This Swan kettle looks better, has a better designed spout and has more capacity than expensive but comparable Dualit Kettle.
